The room was extremely hot when we got there. The attendant was almost accommodating, reluctantly offered another room (down grade) with no compensating for our troubles of having to play musical rooms!

It is convenient to Interstate 10.

Did the job for the night. People were very nice, but overall quality of the hotel was okay, not great. Pictures are a little deceiving. Overall, not a terrible stay, just expect your normal, or just below average, Red Roof Inn quality.

Give only 3 stars because of how nasty the floor was in the room. Out socks were black.

The lobby and halls smelled of pets and cigarettes. The bed and bath were acceptable. The door looked as though someone had beat it and broken in previously. Did not feel particularly safe, but was tolerable for one night

Dirty, noisy, musty smell, broken toilet sit, the smoke alarm was detached and placed on the side, elevator was not working… Area is not good, it didn’t feel safe. I got a smoke free room, but it smelled like smoke inside and especially on the hallway. Don’t expect breakfast, I didn’t see any (not that I even wanted to touch it).

Tv didn’t work and called and they said they were coming to fix it and never did

Needs better bedding and no broken toilet seat.

Desk chair in room was broken and my co-traveler ending up falling out of the chair landing on his hip back and head on the hard floor. Floors were dirty and bathtub kept backing up due to broken stopper. Requested two washcloths and towels but was only given towels and duvet cover had fresh red stains which appeared to be from a pen maybe.

First thing you see when pulling up is prostitutes and crackheads. Some staff are nice others are whatever. Elevator is in need of TLC. Stairwell is humid and smells like feet. Vending machines are empty and no breakfast. Now for the bad parts: • Trash cans only cleaned once in a week long stay • Bed sheets never cleaned/fixed • Shower has one setting, hot. • Only got new towels once in a week • 3 nights in a row keycard for room didn’t work and had to go to lobby desk several times to get it fixed • Floors were sticky • Air condition falling apart • Bed frame sounds like lightning striking when laying down • The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in • Dog across the hall barking • Hallways were dirty and hot/humid • Gross stains on the floor • Too much money for the quality Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else

I was allowed to check in early, which was nice, but the bed was lumpy, and the sheets and towels had stains. There are about 15 hotels within 200 yards of this hotel, so I would chose another.
