Our stay was fine even though the hotel was having renovations done.

Really enjoyed the shuttle service from airport to hotel. Coffee and breakfast early 😊

Room was clean, motel quiet

I have stayed at this chain in many places and many seasons in the USA. I am able to expect a certain level of comfort and service. Awesome experience for the price. Thank you for the behind the seen efforts.

Overall it's a clean and pretty comfortable place to stay. The pool and jacuzzi are open 24/7 which is nice. There is a small arcade, gym, and sitting area. There are thoughtful touches such as complementary feminine products in the shared bathroom in the hallway near the pool and gym. The breakfast is decent and includes a waffle maker and flavored creamers. It's been undergoing renovations sp our bathroom was all new which is nice. We would stay again!

The check in took a long time. Waited 13 min for someone to come back from “5 min” break Otherwise it was good for what we needed

Tv didnt work.staff member fixed. Watching football game but the sound was of a murder mystery. Staff member couldnt fix .had to watch game with no sound.morning desk clerk didnt say sorry or adjust bill

Desk staff was friendly. Hot tub rooms both nights.

Dining room was Crowded. Door keys were hard to open. Staff were friendly & helpful. Nice lounging area.

Every thing was great except check in was at 3 but my room wasn’t ready until 4

A nice clean room. With a hot tub. Smallish parking lot filled up quick. We got there late. Not many parking spots left. Mike at the counter was very nice and helpful.

The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The mildew smell was bad in the lobby and in the room.

When we first got there not very friendly however as they got to know us much more friendly and kind we met some wonderful people there
