Great location. Clean hotel.

This property is old and it shows it Paint peeling outside, cheap fake wood vinyl flooring in the rooms. The handicapped shower was broken so it could only be used as a hand held shower. I didn't use the pool because it was so heavily chlorinated that my eyes burned just walking into the pool area. That picture of the pool must be at least 20 years old. Website said they had a hot tub, nope. On top of that, there was nighttime road construction right outside our room every night. Did they mention it at check in? No.

The property was clean and the room nice. I don't like sliding glass doors, I prefer a window. The one way street was inconvenient.

Our stay was great. No complaints. Love that its a pet friendly hotel. Will stay again whenever we are in the area.

Everything in general was GREAT!!!

The toilet did not flush. I had to do it manually inside the tank. No water pressure to speak of in the shower. The one outlet that was accesdible only worked on one side. When i tried to make coffee the water just poured out from under the coffee maker.

Convenient to everything. Looked like they had done some updating which was nice. Good place to stay for a weekend. We did not have time to use the pool but looked nice.

We were pleasantly surprised we enjoyed our stayand the kids really enjoyed the pool. This may not be a place to stay if you want really quiet as you can hear everything in the hallway and the walking upstairs over your head. We were in town for cheer comps so there was kids being kids it didnt bother us as one of the cheer families. We brought a fan it drowned the noise enough to get to sleep all in all it was great. Breakfast was minimal but we grabed a pop tart while getting ready to get out the door out the door and headed for dunkin lol

Checked in and the room was dirty. There was cigarette ashes on the bed and room smelled of cigarette. Needed to shower and there was no hot water.

The room was cold, even when set at 75 it felt like 55. The heater made a ticking noise and one of the comforters had a huge gross stain on it.

This place is a great stop in the trip. The staff always is there to help you.

Aside from the doors locking mechanisms and older mattresses, this is a great stop for people on the road. They have guest laundry services, a heated indoor swimming pool, a game room and plenty of different vending machines including ice cream and breakfast sandwiches. The continental breakfast offers many choices.

Easy to check in. Friendly staff. Nice heated pool. Rooms were pretty decent. It was overall a good experience and we would come back for sure !

We stayed at the Colonial Inn for about a week back in July with family. It was a quiet spot, and the kids LOVED the arcade area and pool. We had booked two rooms and one was nicely updated while the other was pretty musty and in need of renovation. If we could ensure we got one of the updated rooms, we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything went perfectly. It was great to be able to park outside of sliding doors - so much easier to unload stuff. Staff were great! I thought my bed was vibrating and I asked the night staff to check it...it wasn't, and he didn't even act like I was nutty! ( my body was vibrating from driving for so many hours). Would love to stay there during summer or fall.
