Run away from this hotel. After checking into room found heater unplugged and disassembled. Plugged in and sparks flew out of it. Went for second room only to find it had water damages. Third room when entering found a rock the size of a football in middle of room. Mice droppings all over toilet not working and no toilet paper told front desk I was going to another hotel she said she would issue credit. Which they did not. I quess you get what you pay for. Worse hotel I ever dealt with

Didn't get to take advantage of any of the available sights or the hotel breakfast. Arrived after dark and left for the hospital at 5:30am. The hotel however was perfect for my needs. The room was the perfect size and the bed was comfortable. Had planned on checking out the waterfront on Saturday but the hospital sent me home on Friday. Plan to check things out in April on my return visit. The staff was wonderful and exceptionally helpful.

I had a terrible experience at this property. The room I was given had a strong cigarette stench, the AC had no remote and room was dirty with old clothes lying behind the bed and bedsheets burnt by cigarette holes I think.

The place had a bad odor everywhere. Wouldn't eat the breakfast here. That's what you called it. No elevators, so taking your luggage around on the second floor is impossible. Stay away from here.

What do I even say about my stay? Photos to show just how disgusting this room was. Spider curled up on the floor next to the bed. Smooshed bug guts on the wall. The lamps, I can't imagine the last time they were wiped down. I wouldn't have touched the remote with gloves on. The coffee machine, I think hopefully just water spots but honestly just looked at it made me feel like I needed a shower. Which, speaking of the shower took 20 minutes to drain. So you'd have to stand in the water if you wanted to shower. I drove 6 hours and to my fault, I did try and check-in 30 minutes early. Instead of informing me nicely that I was 30 minutes early, the check-in staff didn't even look up at me and recited their spiel (I imagine she had to say it often, with how rude she said it) about check-in time being at 4 and that I could come back later. So I said, "Oooookay" and turned around and walked out back to the parking lot where I sat in my car awkwardly. Speaking of the parking lot, expect people coming and going, sitting in their cars, and when I got back from my concert (reason for traveling) there were cops arresting someone in the front where you enter the parking lot. Lol. "Continental breakfast"? Some raisin bran and fruit loops, 2 Aldi yogurts (no hate, I love Aldi, just saying what was in the fridge), a 2 gallon of Milk, some varieties of muffin/pound cake type breakfast bread, and cinnamon raisin bread. Oh, a waffle maker. There was an unplugged juice machine. Good luck.

We checked out just a few minutes after checking in due to multiple security issues. The first occurred in the parking lot when we first arrived when a strange man seemed very interested in whether we locked our vehicle. The second happened shortly after we arrived when the front entrance and parking lot was blocked due to multiple police officers responding to an incident inside the property. We attempted to speak with the manager regarding our safety concerns, but the manager was unavailable at the property at the time of check in/check out, and she did not respond to multiple attempts by phone or by email. We lost our money for this stay, but with the strange people circling my car and a separate incident involving police inside the building right at check in, I believe our safety far outweighed the risk of staying at this property. I regret to say, management appears to feel differently. As a side note, the room, which we were in for a total of 2 minutes, was pretty gross. There were some kind oily handprints on the headboard of one of the beds. If you are looking for a safe property to visit, I do not recommend this hotel. If you are looking for good customer service, I do not recommend this hotel. If you are looking for a clean room without handprints on the headboards, I do not recommend this hotel. If you are looking for an accurate description on this site, I do not recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately I wasn't even given a room even after I've paid for one. What makes it worse is that I've booked a room at this location in the past with no issues. Late Friday night / Saturday morning I've decided to visit this location to book a room until Saturday morning. When I got their, the clerk at the desk said he'd have to check and see if there's any rooms available and he'd have to call and check on a price. The clerk told me to book it online through Expedia or Wyndham directly. Even after doing so, still I was not granted a room and was told to wait until after 1 o clock until a manager shows. I've waited until after the designated timeframe and no one showed up. I left and later on Saturday called support to get a refund. I was told it would have to be approved by the establishment. Later the request was a refund was denied by the establishment. Unfortunately this is a terrible way to conduct business and if you value your time, energy, and money do not stay here because they will scam you out of your money.

The room was filthy, carpets need cleaned specifically, bed was broken and absolutely miserable to sleep on, shower floor was stained and there was silly string all over the ceiling. I was expecting old but clean would’ve been nice!

We arrived from Ontario driving about 4 hours. We had no where to go other than the hotel as our plans were at 4pm (check in time). I called in advance to ask if there was any way we could check in early and they said 3pm or we would have to pay a fee. We got to the hotel around 2:30 and were told we can’t get in until 4pm despite my reservation confirmation being changed to 3. We paid the extra fee and were given our room keys only to reach our room with the cleaner in it. We then had to wait outside the room until she was done. Upon entering the shower did not look like it had been cleaned at all. The floor of it was dirty. At least 2 outlets did not work along with lights and there was a broken handle on the drawer. It was fine for 1 night but not ideal for longer.
