We have had an outstanding stay. The hotel is wonderful, the staff courteous, professional and friendly. All in all a wonderful experience.

The room was very hot, and there was no air conditioning ☹️ this made it very hard to sleep

Great location, walkable from Hilvsrsham Sportpark Station . Direct train from Schiphol. 10 min walk into the centre of town with numerous restuarants and bars. Friendly and hlpful staff.

Apply double bed I get two single ask receiption say refocused to change single is not comfortable customer reception not good dealen customer

Fantastic service!

Cute from the outside, but outdated and musty. Not what you'd be looking for in a 4-star hotel. Carpet is definitely in need of changing. Bathrooms are renovated, but shower heads are crusty; not an appealing shower. Staff is nice and accommodating. Overall, was expecting much better.

Well placed hotel peace ful but close to centre, staff are very Pleasant, nothing too much for you. Room was comfortable but when we split the beds for twin room the floor under the beds was filthy and hadnt been cleaned for months, apart from that the rest was clean and tidy, i would stay again

Very close to centre lots bars so don’t need breakfast as plenty places to eat out through out the days also tours pizza cruise

Very dated decor, bed mattress must be 20 years old and very uncomfortable

We had an exceptional stay and rented 2 bikes on-site to tour around the area and were able to visit the street my Oma and Opa lived on…it was incredible…thank you!

Hotel was nice but very annoyed to pay 10 euros for a bottle of water and 15 euros if brought to the room.

Everything about my stay was fine (this is my second time at this property), except for the fact that the shower overflowed twice since the drain wasn't working. This caused water to cover the bathroom floor and even seep out onto the hallway carpet. After the first time I complained, and the front desk said it would be fixed. The next morning it happened again. Upon checkout, I mentioned it to the receptionist, who apologized profusely and said the problem simply couldn't be fixed, and she offered me a free breakfast as compensation. But since I was in a rush to get to catch my flight home, I declined. Overall, a fine hotel and well worth the cost.

Great service, great room! Very central to city centre! We stay there a lot and love it!!

Nice hotel, clean room. Room, although being a Superior room, not very big. Rice for breakfast for person rather high; €16,35. When you’re a small eater, this is expensive.
