The hotel is close to everything in Shibuya.

Close to the train station and bus terminal, in the center of the shibuya crowd, easy to get on and off taxis, 10 minutes to the bus stop to the airport. Will go there again if staying in the shibuya area, to harajuku or shinjuku, ometesando also by walk great Location👍

strategic location in Shibuya, near the station and Shibuya crossing... near the Combini store too but the rooms are really small, typical of hotel rooms in Japan

The location is okay, in Shibuya, near Shibuya station, and near Shibuya crossing. But like usual hotels in Japan, they are very small.

The location is very strategic, just walk to Onitsuka Shibuya, Muji, Gucci, Le Labo, etc...

Location is Perfect. The hotel area is near with McD, Family Mart, Shibuya station and attractions such as Hachico statue, shibuya sky, Shibuya scramble by walking. Hotel facilites for amneties is very good and complete. I love how they provide the coffee pack, tea, skin cair and hair care. Hotel also provide paid laundry machine but I think they need find a way since only have 2 laundry machines and many guest using it, sometime guest just left or sleep (I don't know) they did not pick up their laundry timely and keeping other guest waiting. I have three time go back to 5th floor for laundry but unfortunately can not use it due to other guest did not pick up their laundry and recepsionist can not do anything. The room is a standard room and enought for 2 asian persons but the bathroom is abit tiny. We are allow to request for daily cleaning room. There is no TV but there is like projector that you can watch free youtube. The wall is a bit dusty. Overall the hotel is good since we just need for sleep and to have great access.

They did not give me the room we booked. The room's bed arrangement was different from the photos when we booked. The room was smaller.

The location of this hotel is very top, amidst the crowd of Shibuya. A very suitable hotel for families too. Although the room was a bit small but it did not reduce our comfort. Will definitely return to Shibuya Tokyu Rei hotel :)

The hotel is located in the middle of a shibuya crowd. Cool Narrow rooms try not to carry large suitcases, near the station and bus stop. Want to go anywhere near and quite walk.

The hotel was great! very clean & the location is so close with shibuya 109. Really have a great experience when staying there! Very recommended!

Nice Hotel..Near Shibuya Crossing..Near Hachiko Statue..Near Family Mart..Staff very polite and helpful.. Over all good hotel..Next time I will come back to this hotel..
