Such a wonderful hotel in Toyama, just less than 5 mins walk from Toyama Station. The staffs are friendly and professional, the amenities are loaded beside the front desk, the room is spacious, the view is top tier (I got a room with mountain view). This hotel will change your towel everyday based on request, but if there’s no need to change it, they will provide you 2 vouchers that can be redeemed for drinks in the vending machine~~

Best hotel during my trip in Japan. 1. They have an underground tunnel directly to Toyama Station, so when it snowed yesterday, we didn't have to drag our suitcases around the streets. 2. The hotel staff are super nice and friendly. 3. They are very attentive to their customers. Yesterday, after they found out that my friends and I were Muslim, they immediately marked the foods that we were not allowed to eat at breakfast so we didn't have any problems choosing the food. 4. We got a free drink voucher that we could get from the vending machine near the reception. If we stay in Toyama, we will come back to this hotel again...

Hotel near station, easy to go everywhere

Staying with 2 children and 1 baby was very pleasant.. spacious room..

The hotel is good and easy to find, located right in front of Toyama Station, making it very convenient for travel.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is also very clean.

The hotel location is very close to the JR train station. Clean rooms. Check in must be ontime, less than 30 minutes it was rejected. Breakfast is ordinary but there are many variations on the menu.

I ordered a no smoking room, but from the hotel said it was a smoking room and if I wanted to exchange no smoking I had to add more than 28 thousand yen per room. Obviously the print proof that we carry with no smoking, finally the manager came out and we were given a no smoking room without adding fees. It is a pity this thing, the hotel is good but the service looks new.

location is the best especially for people travel using jr pass, very close to toyama station and dentetsu station also tram station. Many variation for breakfast although exactly the same for 2 days when I stayed there

Hotel location is very close to Toyama train station and just crossing the street and about 2 minutes walk and we can see the Hotel, the lobby is elegant although not so big. the room is clean and beds are nice , from our room view we can see the train station and trams below. We choose this hotel for a one night stop for our next day trip to Tateyama Alpine, wish we could stay for few days here..

Very spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed, very close to JR train.

The hotel is nice, neat, clean, big, lent cell phones for traveling, and most importantly close to the station. Highly recommended anyway!
