It was an amazing stay! Staff were extremely attentive! Every worker works very hard to keep make it feel stress free during your stay! Receptionist and Thanos made everything work out perfectly! I love it!

We had an exceptional stay at Palladium in Mykonos! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and memorable. Thanos at the front desk was especially wonderful—his warm welcome truly set the tone for our stay. We were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade for one night, which was such a generous and thoughtful gesture. The team also helped us book fantastic dinner reservations, arranged a scooter rental so we could explore the island, and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. They provided complimentary airport and ferry pick-up/drop-off, and when we didn’t feel like taking the scooter, they kindly called transportation for us or offered complimentary drop-offs to the nearby beach area. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Breakfast each morning was delicious and beautifully presented. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had—highly recommend!

A Truly Magical Stay – Like Being with Family in the Heart of Greece From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly important and genuinely special. The service, attention to detail, and warmth from every staff member reflected the true value and spirit of this exceptional hotel. It wasn’t just about luxury—it was about heart. The staff: Georgia, Heleni, Panos, Johnny, John, Thanos (and so many more!), made our trip feel so special. Georgia provided us with the best recommendations and organized our days there so we felt absolutely stress free. The breakfast was incredible. The best we had in Greece. The transportation services made going to different parts of the island seamless and stress free. On top of that, our room and the pool was always cleaned so well. The pool was never busy and the hotel felt so relaxing. Thank you for creating something so rare and beautiful. We can’t wait to return.

The location is another huge plus: just steps away from Psarou Beach, hands down the best beach for a relaxing, comfortable day by the sea. Clear waters, soft sand, and a peaceful atmosphere – everything you want from a beach day in Mykonos. All in all, this hotel deserves every bit of praise. I found The Palladium because it was one of the few full service hotels that had room for four people. The Room: Our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view of the pool. The Grounds: The hotel was super clean and safe. Location: Centrally located. Easy walk to local beach. Quick ride to local shopping and downtown. Service: The impeccable service started even before we arrived. We had an amazing driver (Panos) who picked us up from the ferry and from the moment we arrived on site I knew we would have an amazing stay. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant, pool and even the GM Thanos treated us so kindly and handled our every need. The staff was not only professional but just genuinely kind and truly made our stay special. Overall: This hotel is one of a kind. I did not want to leave. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to be close to the action but also in your own little slice of paradise. Do not hesitate just book it!

We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the exceptional service continued throughout our entire stay. The breakfast was absolutely incredible—one of the best we've had! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel has excellent amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved every moment of our experience and would happily return.

Great stay for our honeymoon. We had a small issue with the plumbing but they fixed it with one call and had us moved to a different room, they offered massages for the inconvenience. 5 star customer service and attention to detail. Also the breakfast was UNREAL.
