This place was amazing! The restaurant was absolutely delicious! The rooms and staff were wonderful. Great location in a beautiful town! I recommend this place highly!

Bathroom shower design can be improved upon. Also, the sink valve stuck, had to call in 3rd party to service. Our booking seemed to have included breakfast because the add on option was greyed out. At hotel restaurant, staff demanded payment right then and there, didn’t allow we add to the room to settle at check out …

The hotel itself was lovely. Restaurant was great. Our server was fantastic. Staff at the front desk were nice as well. My only complaint was after 2 days I asked for maid service for our bathroom and clean towels. When I came back to my room there was a bag of 2 towels and a washcloth hanging on the door knob. Called to complain and the girl from the desk came up and brought us clean cups, tea and coffee and took away or dirty towels. She said there was no one there from housekeeping.So..

Large clean room with good a/c. The added fold up bed for an adult was quite large and comfortable although expensive. 2nd time at this hotel this year. Food is always good. Great location for restaurants, shopping and airport.

Lovely room and staff

A public parking garage is under the hotel & the hotel will give you a discount card to use. Yes, you can use the card for in & out repeatedly. Great savings.

This hotel was absolutely the best - excellent for shopping, dining and sightseeing. It was a very convenient location for getting to the airport via the bus. Definitely would recommend as a place to stay in Haarlem and will return if we should ever be in the area!

Great hotel and staff always attentive to the guests. Restaurant food is lovely would highly recommend the Steak Frites for an evening meal. Thanks all see you next week

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Very convenient location.

4th time staying at Carlton Square, however it was not a good as previously. Shower was leaking and smellt like a bin. We used towels to mop up the flooding. Floor lamp broke with No electricity and the coffee machine was also broken. Reported all of this to Duty manager but they FAILED to get it sorted. Not acceptable Carlton Square. Will consider not staying here again. Poor service this time.

Charming hotel in a great location, great service, very comfortable beds, nice cafe with good pastries and pleasant outdoor seating. Walkable to everything.

Fantastic experience at the Carlton Square. Haarlem is a very charming and comfortable place, and we slept in maybe the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. The Carlton Square is an oasis in the middle of an oasis.
