The rooms are too small, the hotel is economical with soap, shampoo. Strategic location near the train, bus stop, Hyde Park and Oxford Street.

Room is small and not suitable for family

Staff were attentive and nice. The room and the bed are rather small where your luggages are to be stored under the bed. We got a newly refurbished room, so it was nice. The nearest tube station, Lancaster station was closed during our stay so we have to walk for 10 minutes to the nearest station. Nevertheless, the bus stop is nearby. The area is quite unlike paddington or bayswater. Overall it was a nice 3 nights stay for us.
