First of all novatel shoukd not take booking from expedia or any other 3rd party. They ask so many queations when i checked in. They gave 2 internet option neither of the connection has internet, it was 0.03 something speed. While i was checking in, receptionist told me that once in three day i can have my room cleaned. There was no toothpaste and toothbrush. Despite my asking, receptionist clearly denied electric adaptic 2 pin adaptor.. i have neen to many hotels and used to think that novotel is at par with other hotels. But they are not, they even charge fir car parking . Worst hotel

Everything was good

Expedia shows that this property have laundry. The hotel does not have a laundry facility but instead laundry is handled by a 3rd party, meaning the client have their clothes laundered for a fee instead of washing themselves

This was the easiest worst hotel room experience at Novotel. The bathtub drainage didn’t work plus the shower head broke into 2 while bathing and hurting my feet. The furnishing of the room was also old (not to be confused with vintage). I am not sure what Novotel is up to but this hotel was definitely not at par with other Novotels I have stayed in the past in different cities. Hope the management takes note. I am most likely not going to book anther stay with Novotel

Very nice hotel

Booked 3 nights. At check in we were asked to tick a box £25 for room bar. We declined but the mini bar fridge was empty in the room! We were not told at check in that the don’t clean the room every day we have to request it at reception- so our bins were not cleaned, beds not changed nor towels. The bedside light was broken. The extractor fan did not work properly in the bathroom. When we mentioned it they were not bothered. Service at the bar was slow - even though we were the only ones there. Beds were not comfortable and I kept sliding off the edge.

Nice, big room. Nice bathroom. Very quiet. Super internet. Fair price. Very good breakfast restaurant.

Great room and lobby area. Pillows were a bit to high so uncomfortable night. Didn’t realise we had to pay to park even though the hotel is not on the city centre

Some renovations made it a bit loud at times but the value for money was great.

The hotel is very nice for a stay. I was able to check in and take a nap in the middle of the day, after a long travel day. The room stayed quiet and sleeping was nice. The shower was great. No complaints.

Room is nice but coffee kettle and cups not clean also room is dusty as well not in door pool rest of ok.

Room had fridge but was a bit “tired”. Corridor carpets grubby. Would benefit from refurbishing!

The stay was comfortable but i would say no better than a travel lodge in the UK. I am extremely dissapointed about the hidden charges bill that I was thrown at when I went to check in I feel I should have been informed that even though I had selected the breakfast option while booking I was not paying for it at that time and will have to pay at check in. this is a flaw in hotels.com to trap customers with cheaper upfront payment.

Hotel was dated and in poor condition, staff seemed unfriendly and disinterested in their job. Rooms were not cleaned during our stay and coffee mugs and pods were not replaced. Have stayed in many Novotel hotels before and this is by far the worst. Would not recommend.

Nice area outside with geese and water. Good breakfast, but a bit pricey. Friendly staff. A/C wasn’t very cool in our room, and due to hayfever, we couldn’t open the window for cooler air. Decent room.

Fantastic bed, and bedding. Really comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep. Great shower and Rituals Toiletries !! We left feeling very refreshed. I will definitely be using Novotel again.
