Excellent overall

It is really nice to stay in an historic old building that is extremely well maintained. Everything was very nice.

Facilities, room size, breakfast were great. Marred only by large noisy tour groups which were stranded for a couple of days. The wait staff were good. One receptionist and concierge less so - refused to extend our check out by an hour. We asked someone else the next day and didn’t have a problem.

I only experienced breakfast at the cafe. The beef empanadas and cappuccino was great. I didn’t eat at the restaurant. The comfort of the bed was ok, not the best for my preference. Everything else was clean, great location surrounded by shops and restaurants. It’s safe to walk around. It has an Italian feel with grand columns, and crystal chandeliers

Hotel was amazing, conveniently located in Recoleta and close to AEP airport. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was the highlight, sadly we were only able to enjoy one morning as our flight was early morning and had to leave before breakfast opens. I wish hotel provided packed breakfast, I requested but they asked to charge me for coffee and some pastries to be packed.
