Location was close to the station. There was an elevator and A/C

It’s right next to the train station so that’s really good. The room is big so that’s nice but the bathroom shower water backed up because they don’t clean the drainage. It flooded into the floor of the bathroom.

Conveniently located a short walk from the central train station and a metro station. Breakfast was good - lots of options. Comfortable beds. We had a nice view from our room. Do not count on room service in the evening. We were advised to order food using Uber Eats since it would take too long for us to get our food. Housekeeping left our window open a few times. All in all, we would stay here again.

The common areas of the hotel are dated and a bit stuffy. The room was wonderful; large with a nice sitting area, two windows providing fresh air, plenty of cabinet space and a large, recently renovated bathroom. Located right next to the train station made this hotel an excellent base to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The sauna is small and may not be worth the additional cost. We were very comfortable; I would definitely stay here again!

Well located, interesting decor, spacious room; unfortunately beds & pillow were hard & uncomfortable & the room on the top floor despite windows was really warm.

Property has a very good location. I was able to park in front of the property and there is a big train station close by that connects very easily to the main tourist places to go to. The staff was very kind very professional and very helpful. I truly recommend this place.

It was a very nice hotel. It has a charming feel very swiss. The front desk employees were nice and the hotel was close to the train station.

The staff were wonderful and the hotel is very nice. Sadly the breakfast was not as it should be and leaves a lot to be desired. A wonderful lady was on her own and even with her excellent performance it was too much for one person!

The room was very large and beautifully appointed and absolutely spotless. The bathroom was lovely- with a separate water closet and nice tub and shower. The service was excellent and we especially loved Bushra!

Great location and huge nicely appointed room

Located within 3 minutes of train station. But a quiet property with easy access to shopping and dining.

The AC was not working. Staff was rude. When the ac was fixed ceiling started leaking water.
