The room is okay. The staff is wonderful. The food is not so great. Overall this hotel needs a make up

Bar wasn't open so couldn't have a game of pool and beer had to go to the restaurant other then that was a great hotel. Airport shuttle great staff friendly

I like the room. It was neat and up the standard. The staff were respectful and pleasant. The breakfast was good. They need to have complementary water in the room daily. Also, the air conditioner needs to be fixed. It does not cool well. I felt quite uncomfortable even when the AC was on the highest. It was not cooling the room properly.

Clean decent sized room with everything needed. Air con was a god send. Small negatives that the hinge on the bathroom door was broken and very loud traffic out front. Not sure if any form of sound proofing could be done. Staff were super helpful and extremely friendly across the entire stay. Free WiFi that actually worked all the time was a huge positive. Overall a very decent place to stay.

We stayed in a classic room and it looked nothing like the photos online. The bathroom was old and dirty, the bathtub was clogged. The room was also super hot, the air conditioning is just weak and doesn't work. they did move us to another room the second night which was better, but still the air coniditioning was not strong enough and it was very difficult to sleep.

It was super convenient to get to the airport super early.

There's a sewage smell in the bathroom. The shuttle to the airport was an added perk, although the airport is close the shuttle makes 4-6 stops before heading to the airport.

Staff were very pleasant. I appreciate accommodating our early arrival. Rooms were nice but could be a bit cooler in the summer. Spent one night there with my family.

When you walk into the hotel it seems very nice. However, the air conditioner in the room would not cool down the room. I called the receptionist and she mentioned she would call back. But I ended up calling back and said they could bring me a fan. We went to eat at the restaurant and the pasta was just warm and not fresh. But the bed…the bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. It was not even comfortable to sit on. And the area around the hotel was nowhere you would take a walk. Very industrial area.

Would not recommend to anyone wanting to visit Paris and the city. Had multiple problems with check in and the room key not working. Also near a nightclub and having to take the bus and walk around in this area did not feel secure.

Spent only a night but it was a clean, great accommodation near the Orly Airport!

Best is the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. Area nearby is not interesting, but it's close to Orly Airport.

Rooms are very tired therefore not super clean. Restaurant is close Friday thru Sunday. Bar drink pretty bad and the most horrible burger EVER aka take ground beef cook it like a goulash then form it in to a patty then add cheese and call it Le Burger… Also very hard bed!!!

Staff was very professional and courteous.
