This hotel was disgusting. On the face it looks like a nice place. The minute I checked in I found mold in the shower. (So I skipped showering) The room smelled awful. The toilet had peeling paint inside the toilet and the curtains wouldn't shut because they were broken.

The Location and the staff was very accommodating and customer friendly. Area was in a safe location and close to restaurant

Nice, clean room and the bed was comfy...NOT painfully firm like many hotels beds are. Water was hot, coffee maker worked good and a respectable breakfast nook. Only hiccup was that the toilet seat was round and the toilet bowl was oval...kinda strange but it worked. I'll be back and will stay here again. Very polite staff!

It was a good place to stay. There were a few minor annoyances such as the ice machine not working on my floor or the TV remote didn't contain all the functions that were on the TV. I also noticed that the pool was not functional nor one of the elevators.

Location was great right off turnpike

Very rundown. Phone in room didn’t work. Sink stopped up. When called for extra towels/ blanket. Told to come to front desk and get them myself. Hot tub out of order. Free breakfast, minimal selection. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The room we got was dirty. Found possible drugs in the room. Have pictures of damage and evidence. No other king size room available. Tried to get a refund they said.i had to go through expedia but when expedia contacted the hotel they denied it because i had checked in... but, you have to check in to get a room and to see the filth? Switched to a cleaner two queen room. Wont book again

Our room was dirty, damp and smelled like marijuana and had leftover food from the people that stayed before us. Breakfast wasn’t very good, our door had trouble shutting, and the cleanliness of the property was pretty bad.

No hot tub. Been under construction for like 6 months. Pathetic.

Hotel next store unsafe, Dinner/Lounge one block away is excellent. Overall average not much interaction with staff it was Easter weekend.

The property looks great when you pull in. Taking a walk around, there was dog feces all along the grass area. Not to mention the constant barking in the hotel. Each evening consisted of repeated door slamming, people moving room to room yelling and laughing late into the evening. On several occasions they were sitting in the hallway eating. They left their food mess and other trash all over the carpet. Not to mention they did not move when passing by. Called front desk to complain, but the noise still continued. During a three night stay I had to repeatedly ask for towels and was told on two occasions they didn't have any. The room smelled so bad I had to buy air fresher. The hallway was freezing and stacked outside every room were piles of dirty towels and linens.The entire hotel is run down and in need of some cleaning and repairs.
