Modern hotel with good facilities

The staff in this hotel is truly special, so personable, and warm, from the front desk, to the bar, the restaurant staff, everybody is absolutely dedicated to make you feel at home. The location is great, a few steps from Reforma, from restaurants, you can walk to Chapultepec, or use public transportation in any direction, I love it! Now let's talk about the facilities, doors with soft close mechanisms need to be considered, the doors slam every time someone leaves a room, and this time there was a lot of activity, so if someone left their room at 5:30 am, you heard it, every time. The hallways sound hollow, so there's a lot of echo, in a few words, it's not a very quiet place. We have stayed 4 or 5 times in this hotel and this is the first time I didn't feel rested. I hope this issue gets looked at, because everything else in this hotel is great, worth to keep coming back.

We did not eat breakfast there. Expensive!. My glass of wine at the "pool" which isn't really a pool was 265 mexican pesos. Terrible.

Great location, great service

It was very noisy, and if you're on the first floor, you have to listen to the LOUD lobby music and all of check-in traffic, breakfast traffic, general gatherings traffic. Aweful!

El hotel muy limpio en sus áreas comunes tiene un aroma entrando muy agradable, excelente ubicación a 1 cuadra del angel de la independencia, su personal muy amable a excepción de que por error no pague los desayunos de una persona más y cuando los pague en el hotel todos los días me decían en restaurante que no estaban pagados creo que ahí falta algo de comunicación. La regadera de mi habitación muy pequeña. Pero de lo demás creo que es buena opción.

Room was clean, staff was friendly! The location was really amazing and in a very convienent spot.

Nice hotel. Large clean room, comfortable beds, fast internet, and well located for public transportation. But the highlight was really the staff! Friendly, kind, and always ready to help. We had a Brisas club room on the 11 floor that included a small breakfast buffet and drinks and snacks in the evening. The only complaint I have is that the water pressure in the shower was pretty low, but it was manageable. I would happily stay here again. Also, try the great cheap espresso drinks at the Pick Up Coffee across the street. Beats the Starbucks in the hotel.

The location is great, the an atmosphere is awesome. However the room has no open windows, the air was not circulating. The air conditioner is too loud. Thanks

Very nice hotel, our room was very clean & modern. Staff was great. Location is amazing. Centrally located, close to everything you'd want to see in Mexico City. Only complaint is on Friday & Saturday nights you can hear loud music and bass pumping from a nearby night club which went until atleast 5am (and we were on the 10th floor) Bring ear plugs! Other than that, a great hotel
