We were allotted the end accessible room and the shower was leaking , pillows were not comfortable

It was a great stay, I only have reservations about the hotel reception, it has few employees, slow service and regarding Starbucks opening hours, it could have been open at least during business hours, the shower was also not ideal, otherwise everything was ok

Hotel was perfect for a recent conference. Centrally located and the room was large

As usual the beds were wonderful, comfortable and the bedding was 100% quality cotton. The staff we interacted with from check- in and check-out to our breakfast waitress Sintu (she was tremendous) were so kind, friendly and professional. The hotel was extremely clean: elevators, hallways, common areas and especially the room. We actually encountered the cleaning staff washing the walls of the hallways which I have never seen before.....the hotel clearly maintains their property.

They mess up my reservations

The Westin should perhaps use some of their earnings for this fiscal year to give this hotel a thorough update and maybe upgrade some of its guests' amenities and rooms. I saw two different guests wanting to go to another Westin because they did not like this one.

No real complaints. Good location

The property was convenient, near restaurants. There was a problem with the elevators the last day of our stay, which made getting out take longer than usual.
