The representative Regina G. at this location made my experience wonderful. I spoke to her at the airport and was quickly accommodated with the shuttle. The check in was a breeze and hotels cleanliness was unbelievable. The representative and the drivers were excellent. I would definitely stay at The Four Points By Sheraton again. .

We only needed an overnight stay, and it was very convenient and accommodating to our multiple events.

Nice easy stop

There were some minor issues with our room. For the room price, I expected more. Overall a decent place to stay.

The hotel was ok at best. The deluxe king rooms have NO windows to the outside, it feels like you're staying in a small cave. Move to a King, regular room that had small window but the room is still very basic and cold. The people working a the hotel were very kind and nice.

Great stay

Outside was a mess. Low branch levels on trees. Debris everywhere. Parking lot falling apart. Elevator floor dirty. Bath tub had hair and paint splatters. No Ginger Ale in the bar. Horrible representation of a Marriott property!

Room was clean. Mattresses in our room were not very firm and looked well worn. Staff are excellent.

Staff was very friendly, pool area was big and nice, rooms were clean. Only comply was we barley got any sleep being in a room near the elevator. Ended up having to call front desk in middle of the night because a big group of teenagers were hanging outside our room being extremely loud, but the staff was great with handling the situation when called and asked to have them move to a different area.

Nice staff and room but hotel guests kept us up all night. Complained to desk at midnight but it was ongoing. AC noisy too.

Pool hours were short. Restaurant needs upgrade.

Remodeled and updated looks great! Staff was attentive and courteous and happy! Only problem was lack of soundproofing in the room. It was above the entrance and when the air was not on you could hear the chatter and muzak. Not loud , but noticeable. Bar food and drinks were served with a smile from Rita 👍

Our air condition dis not work. They had someone right to our room to work on it. When itbwasnt fixable they moved us right away for comfort. Get to work with

Great overnight before heading out of Richmond airport. Friendly staff, great airport shuttle service and a pool for the kids.

I liked the property. Didn't so much like the loud air conditioning system.
