Staff at the front desk was kind, and helpful. Two TVs in the suite, but only one remote and only one TV worked. Toilet needed repair - maintenance came quickly to repair but I wish this would have been addressed ahead of my stay.

It was good for a night before our cruise. We got a two bed and sleeper sofa so my 16 girl and 9 year old boy cpuld have their own bed so they made them happy. Otherwise it was okay, and breakfast didnt have many choices. That disappoint my husband and son.

Security lazy, people staying here were scary, did not feel safe. Felt very unsafe!!!

Check out at 12...air condition worked well...didnt like...wifi needs to be improved...needs upgrade fridge...clean room more often

Everything was enjoyable except for house keeping

Great hotel. Only complaint is that breakfast ends at 9 am and the pool closes at 8pm. That’s too early when you’re on vacation .

Hotel needs work rooms have a lot issues. No A/C and the new room we got moved into sink is not working.

The room was not clean properly and the hotel need to remodel room. Very outdated. The water from shower looked brown. So glad I showered before I made it and my flight departed at 6.

Safe area for a quick over night stay. Lots of shopping and dining choices. Try to get a room with even numbers. My odd numbered room faced I-95. It was noisy at night and I mean ALL night.

There was some issues with our toilet but we were only there 1 night so it was fine. It's just a small issue that was in our room. We informed them to have maintenance come take a look. Other than that I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was modern clean, spacious, and the breakfast was decent. Good price. Would come back if in the area. Btw the area has shops and restaurants near by.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and willing to help (be patient with them and they will be patient with you!) Enjoyed breakfast, pool area, and cucumber lemon water that was always available in the lobby (helped with the heat). Only downside was people got stuck in the elevator one day of my four day stay, but the staff did the best to get it back in service (it’s kind of out of their hands on getting a service call dispatched). Also, the couch was filthy where you pull out the sofa bed. Good area for food, shopping, and hopping on the highway for travel (close to a casino). Overall I would stay again and I feel like I got my money’s worth.

Check in wait was too longgggggg, the front desk waiting area was crowded baggage area was full, some of the staff was not helpful or friendly.

The hotel was close to the shopping malls. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Not much options for a hot breakfast. But it was okay. Just stayed for one day.

The property after getting a 2 night room and being assured all was ok. I was kicked out...in the .mddle of work. I even spoke to manager who was at my door with 3 staff ....and he said all was ok. I then went downstairs tp retrieve my credit card he took at my door . After over 1 hour if my time wasyed, my family treated rudely and being asked to leave as if im trying to stay. I had to call my work and take off. I will be soeaking to all on this and i better get accomodated. My reviews online begin tonight. I have never been treated so badly at any hotel much less a mariot.

I didn’t like that I asked for additional bedding and I didn’t receive them until the day before I left. Also on the day before I left, I asked for bathing towels and was told that I would have to wait for a hour before I could get them.

Si te equivocas al reservar después no te dan la opción de cambiarte a otro hotel de la misma cadena pero en otra zona, super pequeño el hotel y difícil de encontrar con el GPS, nunca hay parqueo y también lo cobran x noche, no lo recomiendo. No ayudan mucho con las necesidades del cliente
