Friendly people was able to assist and everything that I needed

not what i expected the elevator was broken. no chair for desk area. sheets appeared dirty so i as for a fresh set. had to pay 100 deposit. could not extend because i booked through 3rd party but all other hotels allow me to make new reservation and ad it to room im already in. i give it a few stars because check in was excellent the tall slim guy went above and beyond to make sure i could get a 1st floor room due to knee injury the place was quiet so i loved that

Upon check in, received keys to a room where lights did not work, swapped out for another room where bed was not made and unfinished. Third and final room had a broken chair and remote to tv was taped and battery was leaking acid. To make this more an unpleasant stay, you cannot get in after hours, the key swiper was broken. You had to call and request entrance. I felt like a child with a curfew. Locked out after 10pm.

The stay was wonderful. The front desk staff was very nice and everyone was smiling so it made me smile instantly.

Simply put, the room had a smell that would not go away. Appears that the stove top burned and stunk up the entire environment and/or atmosphere. The laundry room was nice and convenient but limited everything else. I didn't see ice machine breakfast. Customer service in the morning for a receipt - office was locked just different.

This is the first extended stay ever where the kitchenette was not the kitchenette had to go out and buy pots and pans plates cups and silverware and cooking utensils.....had to take my own trash out because housekeeping does not pick it up if you sit it outside the door like most hotels do..... And they was willing to sell less pots pans dishes with none available so that had me confused so I had to go to Walmart..... Microwave was dirty could not use it to reheat food and let the front desk know and no they did not change it out or come clean it

My room had no chairs and the dresser and Tv was leaning forward the hotel had nothing it advertised the microwave was dirty and rusted inside I am outside of the hotel. There was cigarette butts and dog poop everywhere.

The hotel is dated and needs some upgrades, I guess you get what you pay for. My key wouldn't work and I was locked out. Other than these hiccups my stay was pleasant.

Area was safe, property well lit. Staff very friendly and courteous. 2nd floor hallway smells of cigarette smoke. Our room had a residual cigarette odor that didn't go away. It was in our clothes when we left. Small roaches in kitchen and bath area. Beds were comfortable, central air / heating was good. Kitchen utensils, plates, pots, etcetera are available for a fee. Thank you goes to the ladies behind the desk.

The most terrible experience. After a long day of cancelled flights and getting another one the nex day, all I wanted was a place to rest. I did the boking and it did not say anywhere on the site that check-in was until 10pm. When I got there, the hotel is quite far from the airport and when I got there the lobby was closed with no other alternatives to check in. I had to go back to the airport and spend the night there at the gate. I know that when I did the reservation it said “non-refundable” but I want my money back for the missing information and the terrible experience. Even gave me a bad image about the city of Atlanta.

We stayed there b/c the hotel we had reserved had problems before we checked in & we needed to stay somewhere else & the Extended Stay was available. Our room was clean & tidy & worked well for us in that we were only there for 2 days.

Property manager is a liar and has a bad attitude. I wonder why the staff has no manners and treat guest the way they do. Don’t waste your money booking staying here. Once you walk into the lobby you smell marijuana. It is the Dumps ran by the Dumps. My opinion

Manager was very nice and helpful after Expedia over booked them.

I liked the fact that the Staff at this hotel was pleasant, helpful, hospitable, and welcoming. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
