Pretty basic stay. No frills. No ice machine. Just go to bed and get up.

Clean, literally no complaints at all. Front desk was awesome he stayed busy

I enjoyed the room, it was perfect for what I needed, ie desk, ironing board. But the fire alarms went off in the afternoon, no fire, they went off again at 10:30, again no fire, no information on why. The elevator stopped working the second day I was there, no information, just a note on the elevator door

This is a long term hotel for business travelers. Its located in West Des Moines where there are plenty of places to visit. The rooms could be painted with some updated color. The color has the go college dorm look of the 90s. The elevator painting and holes in the wall near the button to go up and down makes it somewhat leary. We may think we might get shocked. The rooms are quiet and beds are soft. The television was crooked but I enjoyed my stay. The location just needs some update on paint and televisions.

Spacious well organized room and friendly helpful staff.

They charged my card an additional $ 10. 00 when i checked why i was informed for incidentals. We slept and showered there, period. We didnt use the phone or anything incidental.

Based on the room itself, and considering the cost, this was a 5 star winner. The room was comfortable and had everyth8ng (and more) than we needed for our one night stay. The queen bed was comfortable (pillows were NOT, wish they weren’t all flat). There was a nice working area. Plenty of storage. Comfy easy chair and full kitchen. The bathroom also provided an adequate vanity and plenty of storage.

Great place with all you need. Nothing surprising.

I was very pleased with the room. It was larger than I expected. It was very clean and didn't have your typical Hotel smell Most certainly I will book there again

Overnight stay

They would not refund my reservation through Expedia when I tried to cancel the reservation two days in advance it was non refundable!😡

Fitness equipment was in poor shape. Treadmill not working. Limited space for family get together. Room had enough items to cook a meal if desired. Bed was comfortable.
