The remote wasn’t working and I reported it after my check-in. The guy working was quick to come up and replace it. There were a couple of issues with a kitchen drawer and some green paint over some areas in the bathroom that I reported. It seemed they were aware. The latter issues weren’t a problem for me, I just didn’t want to be charged.
Also, I appreciated the promptness of attention from the agent working when I reported the issue with the remote. Additionally, I called to extend my stay one more day due to a family issue that brought me in to town and it was easy to do that issue via phone (I presume to their call center; I’ll go down to the front desk in the morning to ensure there is no issue).
