The heat did not work in our room, I spoke with front desk before we left for teh day and was assured it would be looked into. That evening same issue, no heat, it was 19 degrees in the room, a touch cool. The Hotel only promised to send up a tech again at 11 PM at night. It is part of a bigger trend where one rents a room for teh night but gets no credit for teh Hotel's inaqbility to provide what was paid for, which was 100% Not impressed, especially from Hilton.

Amazing staff and clean hotel

Great location. Friendly staff , I had young children with me and a dog and had no issues at all. Only recommendation is maybe the pool could be warmer.

The hotel was beautiful! It was in the downtown area so it was close to some tourist destinations that we wanted to check out. There was an area in front of the hotel that was blocked off to cars so very pedestrian friendly. Everywhere we wanted to go was a 20 to 30 minute walk, which was not bad and the places that were further away, we were able to Uber to for reasonable prices. The restaurants and souvenir shops near the hotel were amazing. The hotel staff was kind enough to let us leave our car in the parking garage for an extra hour without charging us for another day of parking, so we could get breakfast before our drive back home! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The property was an excellent location for walking, shopping dining. The hotel bar made wonderful cocktails as well

We had a wonderful stay. Great hotel and great location. Check-in was extremely busy due to a particularly large group checking in and we were briefly concerned that check-in would be slow…HOWEVER, the staff handled it brilliantly and even upgraded our room as an apology (they upgraded us to a presidential suite, which more than exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t have been happier). We would in particular like to thank Joshua for such incredible customer service at check-in - the surprise upgrade made our whole trip to Montreal even more special.

Relevant information should be provided for Parking , rates as well as location. P3 parking elevator won't go to the 6th floor, so you need to switch elevator.

The hotel is clean and is close to restaurants, shopping and to tourist attractions.

Room was a good size for three people. Staff was friendly. We had to put out luggage in storage the day we checked out. Was very convenient to pick up and take a cab in garage area.

Fast, easy check in, and they gave us a warm cookie. Very nice, spacious room. Friendly staff

Very good service just that when asked for a bottle of water- receptionist couldn't provide an extra one while room service was able to provide. At the end it was just a bottle of water.

Room was a little worn but housekeeping staff were very accommodating. Great location. Difficult to find the front door and maze of elevators.
