Outside construction on the building on weekday starting 8AM. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and not very helpful staff. Pros: great location and good cleaning staff. Very kind but can’t give more than 2 towels even when you booked a room for 3 people.

The staff and hotel was great

We enjoyed all the amenities of the hotel, its location, and our comfortable room (1 king suite) which had room for the five of us.

The location is convenient. However, it was difficult to find the reception desk because it was at 6 floor and no sign was found at the entrance. There are three different elevators: one to the garage, one to the entrance and one to the hotel's room. It was very unusual. But the staff was very helpful. As well, the breakfast was excellent.

Nice and clean

Great location with lots of restaurants near by, lots to do, close to metro access. Lots of external construction to the property during our visit. Property seems to have some air quality issues as everyone in our party suffered congestion and sore throats while onsite but not off site.

The room was great - very comfortable bed. Great staff and service. However, we were disappointed with the pool - very small. No hot tub (especially for the price we paid).

They was a loud noise from the cleaning crue that wear cleaning the windows. The property also charged me 2 times for the deposit and when I asked them they mentioned it will go away as soon as I check out. The propety was clean and walkable to Old port and great loction in downtown.

This hotel was in a very convenient location. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants and cultural centres. The hotel is very clean and staff are courteous and kind.

I really liked the location, the baby crib was not great though, it was too small. Also, check in was too late

There was construction noises waking me up. The deck was always shut down due to construction. Pool deck had construction tools and supplies laid around blocking viewing areas. Book this hotel due to it over looking the festival. All I could hard was construction noises and the deck was always closed.

The location was perfect, it was close to everything and entertainment!!!! However, the elevator wait was too long during rush hour.

Lovely stay. My daughters throughly enjoyed the pool. Excellent spot in downtown.
