This was our first time at the property, the person who did the gave minimal info about the hotels or at least guidance about the location of the elevators, I had to ask and her response was short

Friendly staff, clean hotel

This is the second time staying here. We attended the Varsity cheer event. Beautiful hotel, atmosphere and convenience is absolutely amazing. We definitely plan on returning for a family weekend getaway. Such a relaxing place to stay!

We like that there is a lot to do within the hotel. It's also very pretty inside and outside with all of the landscaping and flowers.

I come here often just to get away and enjoy a good nights sleep.

A little outdated but so much to do!

I checked in Sat-4/5/25-Afternoon, & checked out Sun-4/6/25-Morning. I had a Great Stay, & I would like to visit again! The Staff were Professional & Friendly, & I would recommend Moody Gardens to anyone visiting the area. KEEP ON ROCKIN!!!

I arrived ready to think the hotel was going to be loud and not so clean. It was the opposite. Very organized and very clean with friendly staff. Great Stay!!

Rooms not what I expected for being a resort type. Tub water issues water never drained out. No hot water. Beds very comfortable. Convenient just due to dance nationals being hosted there. Way too expensive for the experience.

Beautiful pool Our rooms were connected perfectly for family. Pool stayed open late until 11pm

Excellent place for family

Nice hotel for one night, bar service was terrible, pool bar wasn’t even open, rooms were humid and musty smelling, beds were very firm if that’s what you’re into great. Hotel is over all dated and worn from the salt water. Needs some TLC

3/29- Electricity went out at 9p. Electricity came back up at 10pm. Took a cold shower. Went to bed. Evacuation alarm went off. Had to be evacuated at 11pm. It was a falss alarm. I had a difficult time falling asleep afree thaf

Last night there, electricity went out at 10 pm and was out for about an hour- which apparently is a regular occurrence. Once restored- fire alarm went off and had to evacuate. Very little info or guidance from staff.

Fire alarms and power outages during our stay. Our room phone also did not work.

My room was clean but rusted hinges in bathroom, peeling wallpaper gave a dated look. Property is nice and landscaping kept up, jogging trail could be refinished, again dated/old looking.
