The hot tub was not working, the entire pool facility smelled like sewage, to the point it I felt sick just walking in there. The room, in the bathroom the ceiling was caving in, the walls around the shower were falling off from water damage.

Muy bonito edificio. Personal muy atento y amable. Limpieza en todo el lugar y en el servicio de comida. El desayuno muy bien organizado, limpio y atendido por el personal. Las recamaras muy limpias y organizadas. El gym era un espacio reducido pero fue suficiente para no perder la rutina. La alberca muy pequena. Recomendaria este hotel para viajantes sin familia. El ruido de afuera fue mucho pero era de entenderse que la mayoria de los huespedes estaban ahi porfue el juego de los Cowboys y un concierto. Tampoco estoy de acuerdo que como huesped este obligado a pagar una tarifa extra por estacionamiento.

Old hotel but still charming. Needs updating BAD - you can tell it was really nice in the 70’s.

Main floor and bar we're in excellent condition. Restaurant food was fabulous . Rooms are old. Leather headboard peeled off on my husband's back. Pool was cold and spa had ants.

Close to airport. Clean room with lots of space. Nice staff.

staff was very helpful and attentive, upkeep could be redone, some of the finishes looked very dated and rusty. water was leaking in from slide door when raining other than that everything was fine.

Our flight was delayed and our room was cancelled in flight. We found out during our UBER to the hotel that our room had been cancelled.

Horrible experience. Key maker didn’t work so the only way to re-enter the room during our stay was to have someone that worked there go with us and unlock the door. Furniture was dingy and sticky feeling. There were brown stains on the ceiling. The paneling was peeling from the bathroom door. Only one ice maker worked in the whole hotel. The outlets didn’t have covers. The drawer on the nightstand wouldn’t stay closed. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Nice hotel

We were hoping for a great 3 weeks vacation in Texas, but our room conditions were not good. Cracked walls, peeling headboards and paint, also a dirty balcony! We deserve a credit for how bad the room conditions were. Hotels did offer for us to change room, but all the rooms shown had same bad conditions. Please verify room conditions with online photos of hotels before listing on your website.

Parking has become a businesses fee maker. Rooms are already expensive and putnon top Parking fees...

It could be better

I was given the room card, it did not work. I went back to the desk and was told oh, the card maker doesn't work. A nice clerk let us in. After entering we saw that the ceiling panel that covers the heat/cooling was down. I went back to the clerk and she said maintenance would be there tomorrow. Unacceptable - couldn't use the bathroom. She asked the clerk with the key to help. Around 1 hour later I went back to the desk for help. This clerk and another employee came to the room and fixed it. I was very appreciative. Otherwise lovely hotel and breakfast. Good transportation to airport.

The staff is always great. This is the fifth time I have stayed at this property. I'm from Oklahoma and I fly out from DFW Airport. I leave my car at the property and use the shuttle. When I return, I call the property and they dispatch a shuttle to pick me up from the airport This has always worked really well and smoothly.

We love the omelettes and the salad bar in the afternoon 100 recomended
