Disappointing Experience During stay,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at this resort. I booked a deluxe king room with a city view, paying $1,200 for two nights, with the expectation of a luxurious and memorable experience for my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately, our experience has been anything but that.
Upon arrival, we were assigned a room with two full-size beds and a view of the courtyard instead of the city. To make matters worse, the windows were dirty, further diminishing what little view we had. This was not the experience we were promised, nor one that I would expect from a resort of your reputation. If I had been informed that the room I booked was unavailable due to being “out of order,” I would have seriously reconsidered my stay.
While I appreciate the offer to move to a different room when one becomes available, the inconvenience has already impacted our experience. After making special plans and investing in this stay, I expected better communication and service. I feel that we have been treated poorly, and this is certainly not the level of hospitality I anticipated.
I would like to request appropriate compensation for the significant inconvenience we’ve experienced. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously and make efforts to improve your communication and guest .
