The bellboy and receptionist staff were friendly, the room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The hotel is strategically located in the city center. The subway and bus stations are nearby, just a 5-10 minute walk away. Finding a place to eat, whether it's a cafe or a restaurant, or a CVS supermarket/pharmacy, is also nearby, just a 10-15 minute walk away. The only disappointment was that the soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion were never replenished from the second day until we checked out. The room was cleaned daily until we checked out. If you don't want it cleaned, just put up a "do not disturb" sign.

My room was not cleaned and when I first arrived no one helped me lift my things.

The hotel is cool, the interior and exterior are classic American, clean, the location is really great, near everywhere, really recommended.
