Excelente opción, frente a la vía costanera

Very comfortable hotel with good amenities and conveniences. Many restaurants are nearby. The room was spacious and it is definitely a good value for the money

The hotel is in a great location right on the sea front, with lots of restaurants a short walk away. Parking was convenient (underground), and breakfast was good too. Our room was fine, a little tired and the air con unit was very loud! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay,

Very comfortable bed, spacious room, friendly staff. Recommended.

All good except the pool and jacuzzi facilities. First day not in working order and the water in the jacuzzi was not hot at all which was something we were looking forward to having.

We booked the ocean view which was worth the extra charge. It's right on the beachfront road. Safe to walk at night. Jumbo grocery and minimart w/Domino's Pizza within a block or two. Room was spacious and comfortable. My one issue was the A/C - it took several hours to cool the room, but opening the window to traffic noise wasn't an option for us.

It’s a good and clean place to stay while driving between towns or exploring the area. There are tons of dinning options around and the neighborhood is walkable. Clean property, good quality overall. The only bad thing they keep the pool close until 10 am with a sign indicating it’s being cleaned, but there is no one there. Guests should be able to use it before their check out.

Very comfortable hotel to stay in. We had a view of the city which was great. Great breakfast that lasted to 10ish depending on the day.good location.

Good location next to Unimarc, secure onsite parking garage, nice breakfast. Overall room condition could be improved/needs maintenance.

Nice hotel in a good location in Antofagasta. Nice rooms and good clean bathroom. Breakfast was inconsistent over the three nights we were there. Some days the buffet was well stocked and topped up. Others it was empty and staff seemed disinterested in helping to fill it. Lots of waste of Single use plastic in an attempt to provide Covid safety at the breakfast buffet.

Nice, conveniente property. Good safe parking, great friendly staff . Very helpful, close to walking dining... clean room, great showers, a/c.... perfect view of ocean. Great breakfast included

Had everything I needed, no more no less.

Very central location. Ideal for walking to all the local bars and restaurants. Be careful you have to climb into the bath to take a shower, very easy to slip and the edging tiles on the edge of the bath are very sharp. I managed to slip and scraped the skin off my shin...Ouch😱

Front Desk staff and Breakfast staff are welcoming and friendly; desk staff are knowledgeable and accommodating; the staff are prepared always for our visits, and understand the meaning of good client service. I have stayed at this property multiple times, and enjoy the atmosphere presented by the professional staff.

I did like the staff attitude:: very professional and kind. A few examples follow below: 1. They upgraded my room type to sea view. 2. I was a bit late for breakfast time, but the nice lady in charge to retrieve breakfast items, got me covered by bringing me the item back. This was lovely. I worked for more than two weeks in the desert of Atacama and was very tired that morning that I almost missed breakfast!!! She saved my day! 3. nice late check out 4. fast internet What I liked less: - My two bed room was a bit small compared to other same rate hotels, and a bit pricy - no minibar. I do not actually care for the minibar, but I am carrying items requiring refrigeration and I was not able to refrigerate them. - small shower and restroom

This hotel is a very good choice while staying in Antofagasta. Their facilities are good, there is no restaurant on site, there are plenty of restaurants in the area (and some are very good) the parking on site is free and underground. The front desk staff is very good and attentive. The rooms (I stayed in the 10th floor) are very good, spacious, I had a great view of the ocean, a very good room without a doubt. Their breakfast is decent, I would not consider it special, it’s very basic really, but, then again is free. Overall a very good stay, I would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Great location, close to many good restaurants.

This is the second time I stayed at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and it was quite comfortable. They do a very good breakfast as well. The only concern has been internet speed.
