The hotel is in a great, safe location. The breakfast was great and price was decent. Parking was good. Didn't like that in one day they sent out a text stating water would be turned off the next day for a few hours however the next day we left the room beforehand and when we got back the water was on

When we arrived, the air conditioning unit in our room was leaking so bad that the floor was completely saturated so we had to be moved to a different room. When we were moved to the second room, the air conditioning unit was again leaking however it wasn’t as bad. It was late enough that we just decided to stay in that room. The moisture from the air conditioning unit did provide a musty smell the entirety of our stay. We did have some loud guests on our floor that made it a little bit uncomfortable, the first night when they were hitting the walls and screaming at each other. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast served in the morning so was delicious.

HOTEL WAS OVERBOOKED, no room was available for as we reserved them back in March 16th. I was confirmed no issues with the room at 9:08 pm after I confirmed the Front desk using the new message system they had that I was arriving after midnight. When arrived we were surprised by front desk lady saying that she called me about that this called was made before 9:08 pm, so they gave my room to someone else and know the well known excuse is that my room was unable due to maintenance. Stay away from this place, no commitment, no hospitality. Gave us a room in different hotel with different bed configuration, and after complain she had the idea to offer us a refund a 2:00 am. Bad Managment.

Hotel was just okay, there was a continuous noise in our bathroom as if a vent was on, elevator ride was kind of rough, bed was comfy but bedskirt was filthy, location was good for us

I enjoyed staying at this hotel a few months ago so I came back. The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is great and the breakfast is good. The only problem with my stay this time is our room had a urine smell to it. Other than that no complaints and we will more than likely stay here again.

I didn’t get a chance to stay at the hotel I booked because the day after checking in they had a main water pipe service scheduled. Guests would not have been able to shower or use the bathroom from 9am-6pm but they were going to provide “gallons of water to guests.” To accommodate my comfort, the guest relations associate called their sister location, the Sheraton, about availability for my amount of days with the same room type. I stayed in the Sheraton Hotel and it was 10/10. I cannot speak for the Holiday Inn.

Reasonable stay near the mall area... mostly here for work. Really wish they could dissuade folks from using marijuana in the hotel because the elevators alone reeked!

Rude staff

ZERO COMPLAINTS!! My family had a wonderful time! We visited the aquarium and the zoo. And it was really nice to return to a clean, quiet and comfortable room! The staff were amazing! My only quarrel was when we first arrived, I was exhausted after being in the car with my two small children and we went to the wrong hotel first because while you can see the sign at the tippy top of the building there was no signage leading to the building and with atlanta traffic... hmm...

The stay was awesome,the checking in was very swift the young man was great. The rooms I had two was very clean. The breakfast was great with many choices. The check out went very smoothly. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta N Perimeter Mall Area is a great place to stay I will stay there again because they exceeded my expectations.
