this day was good but a little noisy this time. I didn't rate it low because I have stayed at this property several times and this was the first time that it was noisy. There were also limited parking spots due to guest who had taken up several parking spaces. But when I told the desk attendant that I would just park in the handicap section, they said that that was fine.Other than that, everything was great.

We had to request a new room due to our assigned room having bugs crawling the moment we turned the light on. The front desk clerk was nice enough to give us a new room and apologize. It just still took us a second to sleep comfortably due to the room replacement given being right next our previous room. The free breakfast was okay

Thought e everything in general was good or better. I wasn't able to get those "star" ratings to work for me. Had difficulty in understanding woman who checked me in and she was of no help in directing me to a restaurant, other than a McDonald's

The floor of my room was sticky and dirty, the toilet had issues flushing, the bathroom door got stuck and wouldn't close all the way, and the staff wouldn't give me extra towels.

This hotel is terrible. Do not stay here. It is dirty, there are multiple types of bugs, including bed begs. We originally booked 4 nights for our employees but wanted to leave after the 1st night due to the bugs. The person working said there was no manager on duty to approve any sort of refund on the remaining nights we paid for and we would have to wait until the next day. She assured me she would check the rooms for bugs. The next day the employees left for the job site and we were not able to reach a manager until after 10a. We asked for a 1p checkout. He said if we didn't checkout within 30 minutes we would be charged for an extra night and if we waited to check out until 1 we would not be refunded for that night. He was totally inflexible and claims he received no report of bugs even though I personally reported it to the front desk and to Expedia the previous day. He refused to do anything, took no responsibility, and was totally inflexible. It just shows how little this manager cares about the property or his customers.

The shower nozzle was broken and always points down, the tv channels arent the same as the guide, that was it. Hard to complain cause everything else was great.
