Room smells

Clean and comfortable.

Clean room, friendly staff and easy parking. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the area overnight.

Good amenities, comfortable bed

I love staying here love the hotel. The only thing I hate dealing with is the night time deaf person he’s absolutely miserable every time I’ve been here he’s one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever met especially being a customer service… on the other hand the afternoon lady is absolutely amazing she tries to accommodate you and a super helpful and Cherryand so are all the cleaners that I’ve ever met. There’s only one person bringing this place down.

Room was clean. The pool was nice and warm but the hot tub had too strong of jets. Being a smaller person i couldnt stand. They almost sent me flying into some guy sitting on the other end. Restaurant was really good and very reasonable.

Great pool & hot tub!

Bathtub had hair in it, spider webs hanging from the tv, first tv remote didn't work, so I got a replacement, then that one didn't work either, shower valve leaked so much we had to close the bathroom door overnight to sleep, pool was so warm it felt like a bathtub

Beds are old and soft, same wit the pillows, could be cleaned better and mold areas in bathroom should be dealt with properly. Bathroom needs upgrading, faucets don’t work properly and tub drain was semi flogged and drained very slow (tub would fill up while having a shower) staff were friendly, location and amenities are good. All in all, not a bad stay. Just needs some upgrading and more attention to cleaning.

Clean room,courteous staff, but bathtub was slippery and no mat provided.

when checking in, the staff was kinda rude and was not very helpful. she gave me the wrong directions to my room. There was 2 ways way quicker to my room and parking instead she gave me wrong information. I asked questions but she really never answered them. I was tired from my trip it would have been nice to have a friendly face to greet me at from desk. I guess I was wrong to expect that.

Room wasn’t very clean and was really rundown. Staff were pleasant and helpful but room was not clean

No elevator. Heater was off and when you start it it takes long time with loud sound

The room was incredibly filthy, pubic hairs on shower wall etc. Black mould in many areas. We felt the icky not clean and could not sleep well with that overall feeling of unclean. I would not recommend staying here. I would rather sleep in my vehicle than stay here.

It’s a reasonably good place

All staff starting from the front desk to house keeping are amazing and very helpful. Rooms are clean and same as bedding. The location is good too. I also admire the coffee machine and the Gym. This is my fourth stay.

Staff was not friendly, room had a horrible odour and overall wouldn’t recommend or stay again.
