Super belle experience! Restaurant excellent en plus!!

My family enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast options were great. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable. Two things that need improvement is the washroom door needs some kind of handle to help slide it over and there needs to be some kind of ventilation installed in the washroom. There was security that patrolled the parking lot overnight. I will definitely stay here again.

Looks rough from the outside. Inside is substantially nicer. Had a 6 person room. Everything was good, bath tub area is rougher and could use work. Lots of parking. Pool is Open till 11 which is great. Staff were excellent and so helpful.

We had some confusion on check in and but the staff were efficient and professional in resolving the confusion.

The hotel and guest services were very helpful and accommodating. We had a family emergency and requested a refund for 3 nights. The property manager and Expedia worked together to help us out and we are very grateful for their compassion. Only downfall was the pool area needed to be tidy/ clean up around the pool deck.

The breakfast add on was excellent and we loved our stay.

No bidet, slippers, robe, free bottled water, tootbrush and toothpaste, rasor, bad coffee maker.

I would recommend this hotel because it had free internet that was working good and they had a pool and a gym. The staff gave welcomed cookies to us and they were kind.

Room was not equipped for 3 guests. Housekeeping was not able to clean and stock the room after our first night so the issues were not dealt with. Overall our stay was good.

Easy to access the hotel.

Great facilities. Spacious room for 5 family members which is rare but very much appreciated.

Bed was ok , staff was very helpful , check out it’s tough to get an elevator

The only negative was waiting for an hour to have a cot brought to the room at 10.30pm.

It was amazing. From the easy check in and warm cookie welcome, to the clean and spacious room which included many pillow options and a comfortable bed. This was our second stay here and it topped the great first stay. Would highly recommend.
