There are two doors (exit/entrance) that are directly connected to the semi-downtown area that by just within 100 meters, you have access to what Hongkong offers! Great place!

The location of the hotel is great, accessible within walking distance to MTR and many restaurants, cafes, malls within the vicinity.

Nice hotel, close to everywhere and fun if you like crowds and shopping.

For the location, it is very strategic. Yes, it is an old hotel, but please pay attention to the maintenance of the furniture. For a 4 star, it is a bit dirty.

Strategic location in Tsim Tsa Tsui, easy to go anywhere, many restaurants around so no need to order breakfast. Friendly service, can leave your luggage first if it's not check in time, or if you want to check out first. If you take the MTR and bring a suitcase, don't exit at exit N5 because there are stairs.

Very family friendly, the size of the twin beds is 140x200 which means if combined it becomes 280x200, the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children) were very sufficient, no need for an extra bed and what made me impressed was that the hotel did not prohibit us when 5 people were in 1 room, where sometimes some hotels only allow a maximum of 4 people. In fact, we were given extra towels and amenities for our children. The staff were all very friendly, and most importantly it was close to the MTR station and there were many places to eat around. Highly recommended, next time I go to HK I will come back to this hotel

It's a very bad service. The first staff but the other one is good. The room is small and smells bad. It makes you dizzy. It's also damp. It's the worst room for 7000. It's not worth it. Because there are better hotels with the same price. I don't recommend it to anyone who is going to come here. It's really bad. Especially the room. It smells like shit.

I can say the hotel well manage and good maintenance.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in the family room. Turned out it was under renovation. We did not get any information nor any notification at the time of booking. It was noisy with banging and drilling sounds since morning to afternoon. The hotel is very old and a bit moldy here and there. Definitely need renovation but would be nice if they inform it before guests made a booking. Good sides are: We love the location, that ' s why we choose this hotel. Very near to shops, MTR station, restaurants and very convenience to go anywhere around. Towels are super clean and the staff are amazing, especially the cleaning service. They gave us more waters when they saw there were four of us staying in the room. Apart from the noise, everything was very fine.
