Great location, everything there

Clean

We stayed 2 nights we had gone out returned late that evening I had to ask for fresh towels. Beds were not made and trash was not emptied out.

It was in walking distance from several eateries

On a road trip in my EV, I checked the “property details” in HOTELS.com and made my selection based on the “Electric vehicle charging station” feature. Upon checking in, I was advised the property did not have EV charging available. Very disappointing! When I voiced my objection, I was told not to trust “third party” information, implying it was my fault that Hotels.com was trusted.

Upon arrival there was a roach at the counter. The front desk lady killed it and stated pest control just left. Assuming bugs would come in due to the heat increasing in the area it wasn’t a total flop. She allowed us to check in early which was great. We opted out from eating anything unpackaged. The pool area needed some attention. The light in the pool was broken off hanging in the pool. The pool was very large and kids enjoyed it. Later in the evening we interacted with 2 other staff members to assist with freezing our ice packs one was very friendly and told us they would be happy to freeze them offered bags and when we brought them down another one huffed and puffed “oh your the ice pack people” not friendly and when leaving she was still there annoyed we were retrieving our packs.

Liked the cleanliness. As always. Need more and better training for host staff. Just ok. Not worth what I paid.

The bathroom tiled floor was not clean, there was urine on the floor around the toilet and when I used a wash cloth to clean it up the wash cloth was black from dirt. Upon leaving there was a large fight with several people. Started with a bl male, black female and another bl female. Soon it grew to a wh female recording with her phone. More bl females joined, another bl male joined in. This was in the back parking lot. I had to lock myself into my car and wait for them to stop for my husband to join me. I beleive some of the people were employees. I also contacted the police.

Great southern hospitality, especially Akila in the morning breakfast.

Dining options near the property were limited and you need your car to get to them. We like the option to walk after a long drive. We did agree for just an overnight stop it was convenient to the I -75 and was happy with the over all stay.

Parking on the Friday was challenging. The only spots when I got back to the hotel after my event were in the back which isn’t so bad but the lighting was not good. For safety reasons I parked at the hotel next door

Nice locations

The hotel was comfortable and convenient to the interstate. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The hotel property was nice. We had stayed in a Homewood Suites that had been remodeled the night before so it really set the bar high for the Macon hotel. When we first checked in the lady who helped us was not very welcoming, maybe she was having a bad day. The next morning we had breakfast and the lady taking care of the breakfast area actually picked up our plates. She was great. Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice!

Our stay was comfortable and very convenient to our destination Venue, however there were two challenges: 1. Two cockroaches, one on the wall and one on the bathroom floor. We were told by the front desk that this has been a challenge on the third floor since Hurricane Helene. 2. The bathroom vanity faucet is too short to wash hands over the sink, therefore water goes all over the vanity.

We found the room very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the person at the desk. She was not friendly at all and every time we had to come to the desk she was initially no where to be found. She was hiding in the back room and in no hurry to come out.

Clean and quiet. Good stop back and forth from Florida

I enjoyed the free breakfast and the staff was very pleasant.

Very comfortable bed, all amenities, great breakfast selections, friendly staff.
