Great location for the races,great staff and lovely breakfast .The pillows were very lumpy and hard,didn't sleep very well .

The staff were brilliant. Everyone we spoke to was polite and extremely friendly.

Lovely staff and hotel ,we had a room overlooking the paddock which was great ,the breakfast was really good and fresh and was looked after by the restaurant girls. One small complaint,the pillows on the bed were either lumpy or rock hard.

Very tired bathroom / shower. Very cramped toilet area, unable to access toilet paper as behind head and at a wierd height. Comfy bed and pillows. Fantastic breakfast. Parking available even on a busy race night. Feels very safe and secure.

Clean & comfy but could do with a little refurb in areas

Plenty of free parking. Really relaxed check in. Hotel was clean and it was actually quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. It’s very likely we’ll use again 👍

Check in was a bit confused as they said there is no any reservations from Hotels.com and the receptionist and the Hotel manager solve the issue straight away in few minutes but the rest was 5 stars for sure that next visit to Wolves game will use this Hotel. Even the restaurant was really good

Great and attentive stuff, very helpful receptionist. However, the room is not soundproof at all, you can hear a lot of noise in the room. The hotel locates outside town centre, it only takes 20min walk into the centre, however the surrounding area doesn't feel particularly safe.

stay was great just a few little niggles. TV - very slow way to find channels and lack of choice given whats available this day and age. Bathroom - tap on sink very tight causing water to fly out when released going all over me and bathroom.
