Everything was just how they said it would be. Staff were very helpfull.

Great value for money. Establishment is only 2 months old. Overall it was a great experience.

Bad service. We spent one night and that was way too long. The rooms are old, outdated, dirty and falling apart. The bathrooms are super tiny. A big person wouldn’t be able to sit on that toilet. At 7am someone tried to barge in our room, I was very startled. At 8 am it happened again, this time she announced herself as housekeeping. She then explained she had the room marked as vacant. Front desk didn’t know what they were doing. In the morning when I complained the woman very nonchalant said “oh yeah there was a mistake on when rooms were marked as clean/vacant.” Not even an apology, she literally wave me away and said “you’re good.” I do customer service for a living and that is NOT good customer service! Never staying there again. Avoid if you can’t!

Hotel was hard to find even with Google Maps, and condition was a bit rough. Was fine for a one night stay and for the price though.

Our five-night stay at this facility was a TOTAL disappointment. Shower did not drain, rooms only had portable air conditioners, none of fitness equipment worked, had to have keys reprogrammed every day, room was never cleaned, pool empty and roped off, one ice machine and employee had to access it, wanted extra towels but person at front desk was only employee on duty so we got none until someone else came in....and the list goes on. Worst hotel experience ever! Big negative on our vacation and sorry we wasted the money.

Property just opened the rooms have not been cleaned for months and the rooms have portable ac in rooms and the hallways there is no ac we food a old pill in bed and also there were dead bugs on the bed.

Well the room was booked! And we got there there wasn’t a room at all! Apparently the hotel never updated its inventory online. To be told you and your friends don’t have a room at 1am and then DRIVE 6 hours back home is just awful

Around 11:30 pm while we were sleeping, two men walked into our room. They had been given a key to our occupied room. It was awful.

The original ac in the room was replaced by a portable floor unit. The room did have a fridge. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. Tv didn’t work. There was no one on hand to get it working. Room was clean. Beds comfy.

Reviews are deceiving. You get what you pay for, I switched a reservation to this hotel for price and convenience of location of where I needed to be. Once I checked & got off the elevator for my room. I immediately smelled cigarette smoke in the hallway. The ceilings are low in the hallways fyi tall ppl over 6ft may have to duck in areas The room was clean but outdated. The hallways not updated. No bugs. Newer mattresses. old heating AC unit in the room that remains, but not working. there was a portable AC with a hose to the window. Tho It did keep the room very cold and comfortable not aesthetic looking. I didn’t mind much because we basically only sleeping there .bathroom VERY small . door swings less than an inch from the toilet. Very little counter space small sink. All functional, but not spacious After my 12-year-old son‘s shower, he told me that the water wasNT going down the drain. Front desk took my room number down and was told a few people on the floor have been complaining of the same thing, but never heard from them again. I overheard the staff talking and that the hotel was shut down for two years.We dealt with water not going down in the bath for hours. After that, we made sure to take quick showers for the rest of our stay .Free breakfast is grab and go snacks.large dining room, but no hot food. pool is empty NO WATER IN IT! It says that the hotel is under renovation, but everything is outdated.didn’t see any construction or updating. Better than a motel

Overall it was a decent stay. I will say that I was disappointed that there was no pool and they need to pay a little closer attention to the cleanliness of the bed linen and towels

We stayed 1 night with my family-it was ok.

The room was average overall. Noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, and the in-room HVAC wasn’t working, so they had a loud portable AC unit instead. There were a couple of hairs in the bathtub, and the furniture looked worn and outdated. That said, the room appeared mostly clean otherwise.

The front desk is very friendly, and the check is very quick. The bed is very clean and comfortable.

Research for rooms by cleanliness and guest ratings. While this room was not really bad it also left something to be desired. They're in the middle of renovations so there was no pool or amenities at all. The air conditioner was a portable air conditioner that worked just fine but was very loud. The curtains didn't close so light came in the room at 5:00 a.m. and filled the room with light to the point where I woke you up. Also the bathroom was dirty and there was still left overs in the ice bucket from the previous guest. The worst part was that the door would not close a latch unless you slammed it as hard as you possibly could. On a plus side the staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot and very strong water pressure.
