run down hotel. sheets were dirty . carpets walls were stained . hallways not vacuumed. hallways were freezing cold. Staff was friendly.

The property was dirty, visible black mold and dust. We made a huge mistake staying there and would not recommend.They need to clean the rooms better and make it safe for people to stay there.

Very old and run down. Hole punch in the bathroom door. No fan for heat . Cigarette burns on the bathroom window. Needed to call the front desk because the TV remote didnt work. No phone in room. Crooked pictures screwed to the wall.

Terrible place. Uncomfortable. Noisy. Run down. I changed rooms and it was barely a smidge better. I wanted to check out 2 days early and get a refund and no one would answer. Locks are loose and barely functional.

Staff was incredibly nice. Lots of things were broken including handles and doors not locking properly. We also had a group of teenagers climb onto our balcony and the roof. Felt very unsafe with a balcony door that wouldnt lock. Also door between rooms would only lock on one side.

The room was clean but the main door did not close properly, half the lights did not work, there was a hole in the bathroom door and the light flickered on and off, the cover for the fan was just hanging and did not work. I was just passing through and needed a place to sleep for the night so it wasn't a huge issue as I was only there for a few hours but would not stay there for any length on time.

Toilet unstable, bathtub door difficult to close, towel rack ripped from wall, pillows terrible, room smells (it is the pet friendly room), no phone in room, TV had to be retuned to get channels. And someone looked like they were about to break into our vehicle when we came outside. everything about this motel is depressing. The staff were not bad.

I had low expectations based on the reviews online but I experienced first hand how this hotel needs to be improved. When we got into our room late at night, one of the bed was not made. There was also no elevator in the property, so we had to carry our bags down and requested for a different room. The staff was kind enough to give us another room but the room that was given was not well kept. It had hole in the washroom wall, the tv was broken the room also smelled awful. Unfortunately, we were too tired to complain and needed to be in bed. I requested for another room the next day and the staff was kind enough to give us a better room. As much as I want to be considerate, I think the hotel really needs to be improved. I would not be staying here again and would not recommend. Sorry.

Staff and cleaning was terrible

Carpet not vacuumed. One facecloth used on floor. One towel obviously used but refolded. Lucky not still in pandemic times!

The location is fine the hotel needs some TLC. Signs in the rooms about the amounts I will be charged for stealing ludacris things extremely uninviting and made me a little worried for my safety

Check in was ok, but the room appeared desheveled( crooked or damaged lamps, toe nail clippings on the bathroom floor, the ceiling is under repair or something???) The lights above the sink were flickering. The fire alarm went off around 5-530am and it was anon emergency but no one notified me what the problem was which was confusing. Check in in the morning a staff memeber was arguing with another customer who voiced his frustration over the condition of his room and both the staff and customer were raising their voices at eachother. Over all the experince was dissappointing and i will be avoiding this location in the future.

I was extremely disappointed when I got to the hotel and it did not look anything like what the photos were online. There was no elevator, had to walk outside to rooms. The doors were left open on the floor making it very cold in the room, the heater seemed like it was from the 50’s and knobs were broken. People were in and out of rooms all night slamming doors we barely slept. Will never go there again.

It was clean and tidy

Average facilities, but the worse was not having any hot water in the washroom. There was no information when I checked in few hours ago. When I complained at the reception, the response was extremely inconsiderate. I was told that the water heater broke and they have no idea when it would get fixed. It severely affected my plans, since I travelled there for a short stay and needed to dress properly for my meetings.
