This property was just ok. Not the best Holiday Inn that I have stayed at for sure. Rooms had a musty smell and needed some updates. Breakfast was good though!

Comfortable room, but a bit expensive

Very nice, clean and convenient!!

After a 6hr flight from the East Coast we arrived to the hotel around 11pm byt the time we got our car. When we arrived at the hotel we were told there was no available parking in the lot due to airport shuttle parking. The owner of the hotel also owns 2 other hotels down the street and were told to park in one of them. We previously booked our last night stay for convenience as we had a flight out the next day. we were able to park this time in the parking lot but there would be an added $10.00 charge (they did kindly waive it) Talk about adding insult to injury. Very Poor Hospitality.

The hotel was lovely, but the shuttle drivers were not great. The lady that took us to the airport didn't give any information about how to get back to the hotel on our return. The gentleman that picked us up... wouldn't even lift our small bags and put them in the van. He was also driving for a coworker who seemed strange. The 2nd driver was not friendly or helpful. The other staff at the hotel always have seemed super nice, and that is why we returned.

No parking was directed to parking 3 buildings down the street . Bed was awful .. mattress old . Breakfast was good . I've stayed at multiple HI Expesses over the years ... usually good .. this one was terrible . Second check in (stayed when we arrived in Phoenix and then the night before we left ... prepaid ) the front desk tried to charge $10 for parking ... who walks to a hotel ? Never again at this one

Very convenient location close to Sky Harbor airport

This hotel was incredible. From the moment we walked in, we loved it. The staff were so friendly and kind. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The gym was above average and we had great workouts. The breakfast was delicious! Even our 10 year old picky eater ate well and said good things! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We shall be back!

Staff was very welcoming

The check in was inconvenient. I came for business and the room was booked with my bosses card. Although he sent copies of the card front and back and the filled out the form for incidental charges. They made my coworker and I wait about an hour to get checked in. The front desk clerk stated that they also needed copies of his ID front and back although he had already sent the front of his ID. Horrible service at the front desk.

Convenient with easy shuttle service to the airport

This hotel is great when you need to take an early flight out of Sky Harbor Airport. The early morning shuttle was on time. The hotel staff was very helpful.

The bed was excellent. Soft pillows. Plenty of lighting and ice cold air conditioning during the record heat. The toilet and shower leaked. The Housekeepers room was directly across from us and the housekeepers would chat in the hall early in the morning while we tried to sleep. We didn’t get the complimentary breakfast on Sunday. All the food was gone.

Staff was amazing. The shuttle service was a great service

Everything here was great. Friendly staff, east shuttle to/from the airport, great breakfast, 24-hour pool, and clear rooms. Only downside is that Waffle House is the only restaurant in walking distance, so if you don't have a car, you have limited options. Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel

We arrived around midnight due to delayed flights. After being on an airplane for 13 hours we were exhausted. We were really looking forward to a good night’s rest but our room was so hot when we arrived it took an hour to cool it down. When rooms are closed up like that they smell musty.
