Mr Clyde at the front provided Excellent Customer Service also the breakfast food was good. Definitely would stay there again

This room was old. It was nasty and I had to go to the store to buy things to clean and disinfect the room. There were stains on the sheets and bed sham, handprints on the headboard. The room needed updates, the air was dry and seemed like the filter needed to be changed. The carpet had stains and the couch looked old and worn. The room smelled old and musty. I didn’t cancel my reservation because it was spring break and was no where else was available. I will NEVER stay at another INN.

There were several nice decor touches and beds and vanities were very clean. Downsides: ice machine broken and working ice machine area was dirty.

Hyacinth was amazing. The staff was amazing as well and were so nice. The housekeeping staff as well. Everyone was pleasant and so nice .

My room smelled like mist and mold, it made me sick.

Mold air in the room ,the hotel in a bad conditions, i found better prices with more peter places around the same area

It took over 35 minutes to check in, there were only two people on line ahead of us. Then we were given a room that was already occupied. After we finally got a room, it had a terrible smell of mold and mildew. We were too exhausted to go to the front desk yet again. Ugh.

Not enough parking, needs an immediate update.

Really needs updating, carpets cleaned etc.
