The staff at check in was wonderful! They were friendly, helpful, and started my trip on a very bright note. They were amazing!!

The hotel was very close to my daughter's apartment and was close to dining and easy to get a Lyft.

It was close to the convention center & use f the skyway system.

I was in town for a convention, and found the Holiday Inn to be a much more cost-effective choice, and only a 4 minute walk to the Hilton. The free breakfast was fantastic! I was also able to park a full-sized van in their lot. Excellent; would stay there again!

Shower pressure was amazing, dove products in shower, comfortable bed, nice pool, great hot tub, breakfast was a great warm meal, convenient snacks & drinks in front. Great experience. I would stay here again & recommend!

The location was the best part of the stay. Way too expensive for what you get. But if you want to be close to the Minneapolis convention center....perfect!

We only stayed one night. It was quiet and had good parking. Breakfast was great.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was. Nothing broken, everything very clean and tidy. The parking garage across the street is convenient and not as expensive as other garages. The street mall is within 3 blocks walking distance. Breakfast was good as well.

Just a nice clean affordable hotel downtown close to the convention center. That suited our needs for the night.

Clean, quiet Hotel conveniently located near Abbott Northwestern Hospital and Children’s Hospital. Staff is amazing- free breakfast is very good. Staff takes pride in what they do.

The stay was ok, we were called a couple times for kids running in the hall...which were not our kids...there was a bday party a couple doors down and the running was from them...there was also a strong weed smell and partying, which were not stopped...but we were called for running?

Just a really good experience at the hotel. The breakfast was a little too simple for my liking unlike the holiday Inns in the UK but that wasn’t really an issue for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and noted just how comfortable the rooms were. Thank you.

Everything was great.

The hotel was ok unfortunately a water heater tank broke so no hot water, and one of the employee at the breakfast was very rude and rushing to close. But the front desk people very friendly and helpful
