Property needs to be updated. Not a bad choice if you’re using per diem.

Stayed here for work its not far from the papermill only 10min drive rooms were very clean the beds are hard as a rock though that is my only complaint

I had a toilet that had a very high pitch .squeel the whole time, shutting the door did not help. There was a bug crawling on the ceiling that I had to kill before going to bed. There were webs/hair with tiny things crawling on the web on the light fixture next to the bed. Lastly, there were yellow stains on the sheets. Glad it was1 night stay. (I have pics, but unable to upload)

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. TV remote had dead batteries, pool was empty and shower in my sons room was broken.

For a one night stay it worked out fine. It was easy to get to off the hwy.

This property is located in a convenient place along the I95 corridor at Roanoke Rapids. It is an older property that is in need of some maintenance and updates. That being said, it is clean and value-priced with a friendly and accommodating staff. In addition, there are great sunrises as well!

The receptionist was very friendly, helpful and full of information.

I have been at this hotel several times. Stopped here for a break and then finished the trip. Easy on and off from I-95. This property is a little run-down. Hopefully the hotel will perk this place up soon.

Good place to stay. Had plumbing problems with the toilet and shower though. For example, the tub didn’t drain properly and the toilet kept running at different times in the night. It was a quick stay, and the employees were polite though.

No hot water . Sheets were not clean. They had dirty marks. Bedroom floor was not clean . Toilet was flushing all over the place.

Great stay and very quiet environment. But hotel rooms need to update their wooden floors to carpet as the wooden floors collects dust and makes your feet dirty easily. Nice that it was close to the highway.

The property was close to where we needed to be. Dated, not very clean, people banging on the door (not the property’s fault). Furniture was broken.

The staff was very friendly and check-in went easily. The room itself was very dated, and there was a faint, lingering smell of old cigarette smoke. I traced this back to the air conditioning unit, which has probably been in service since smoking was allowed in all rooms. The bathroom was clean, but the shower drain was very slow so you were standing in water the entire time.

It was a decent hotel for the price, however when me and my family were getting into our rooms, the staff hadn’t clean like half of the rooms on the first floor including one of our rooms. So, they had to wait a bit until they made the bed.

Great location and that's the only positive I can share, its not great at all. It's very old and is in need of a serious upgrade. Oh staff was friendly, one other positive.

The customer service was great. The room was another story. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. The room has old rusty lamps...The bed was lumpy and mattress was tired. Pillows were square??? Would not recommend.
