Staff was very helpful..

It’s simply amazing

The hotel was very clean and has a welcoming feel. It is conveniently located near the interstate, close to multiple restaurants, a Walmart and gas stations. The hotel provides bottles of water in the lobby and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies on weekdays, a charming perk. Most notably, any staff we encountered were friendly, professional and invested in the quality of our experience. I have to express that we particularly enjoyed the variety and quality of breakfast items provided, which was included in our stay. The woman that provided breakfast service, Karen, was particularly kind and went our of her way to ensure we had everything we wanted since we came down near the cut off time. If we ever return to this area, we would stay here again.

I love Holiday Inn Expresses and like to choose them when traveling. This was very nice but some things were broken in the room that needed fixing. The dining room where breakfast was had a very sticky floor. Stains on the carpet in the hall were evident. Not the usual standard for an Holiday Inn Express.

We had a great stay. Only issues were that there was no cream cheese available for bagels. Also, the shower head made a very loud screeching noise whenever the water was on. Overall good stay, very clean rooms and welcoming staff.

The front desk clerk was very friendly. Bed comfortable, rooms spacious. Our overall stay was good. A few things that could use attention: the tub could have been cleaned a little better, the water pressure and temp. could improve. Water got lukewarm, never hot. It would have been nice to get a message/text that the pool was closed. We weren't even told upon check-in. It was one reason I chose this hotel so it was disappointing. Breakfast was delicious with many options and I liked that it was available until 10am.

check in person was awesome, very clean, all staff was very friendly (kitchen, front desk, cleaning) - highly recommend. pool was out (only complaint)

Checking in was stressful because I didn’t get the room I had booked and the check in woman didn’t know what she was doing or anything. Tried to say I had to pay for my room after already doing so and has some what if an attitude.

Excellant stay, staff was wonderful. Hotel is very nice.

The pay process was wierd and it said pending on my bank but they said it never went to there end to accept it even though it said pending waiting on the hotel to accept it.

Check out was noon. Starting trying to get us out by 10. Breakfast ended early. Ran out of srinks

Staff were excellent. We would recommend staying at this property.

Hotel was clean, staff was nice, room was clean & comfortable. Walls were a bit thin so noise was easily heard. Low water pressure. Not deal breakers & still would stay again.

Check in was fast. Really enjoyed the hot breakfast!
