Good great staff!! Give them raises.

No up to uaual so for room updates

It was decent, cleaner than other properties in this town, but overall not great. I hung my towel up and the hook came out of the wall

So disappointed. Reviews were good but i will never stay in this hotel again anywhere. Looks like possibly renovating a little at a time.Rooms were fairly updated and elevator rooms were painted. Breakfast area looked new. Pool room smelled, fixtures looked dirty and hot tub was almost brown. Service was fair, not rude but not overly pleasant. Breakfast ok. Outside looked worn down.

bad rooms, cleanliness, TV not working, Door not locking, not enough shower towels (only 1 in the room), shower not draining.

Front desk clerk was unpleasant and unhelpful. We called 3 prior to our arrival to request a change from king room to 2 queens. Clerk was rude, short and argumentative. She said “I wasn’t the one who made a mistake “. I told her it wasn’t a mistake and that our granddaughter was now with us. She was so rude I just hung up. Our Granddaughter slept on the floor. We came back from dinner and the same clerk was arguing loudly with a man on the phone. We could hear the customer on the phone. They were calling each other names. A homeless man we had seen earlier was hanging around the check in desk with her. We have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express’s. This was run down and shabby. We will NEVER stay there again. For 270.00 I expected better.

It was a great experience and much-needed relaxation after being on the road for 48 hours

It’s a great property with beautiful views.

Everything was good but in the room with the coffee pots there were not accesories. There was no sugar no creamer or stirred for the coffee. That was disappointing. X

Very noisy. Back door did not latch and young adults going in and slamming door. Partying and smoking pot.

Everyone was super nice. It was clean. My only complaint was the beds weren't very comfy and it was very loud. Not very noise proof and that was hard with babies. But we managed.

The nicest property in the outskirts of Pendleton, but the surrounding area has seen a bit of decline. The nearby Shari's that used to be in walking distance is closed down due to the company hitting hard times, and there's not much to do if you're not interested in the downtown historic scene. Either way it's a good stop if you have a long journey across the Pacific Northwest.

Good place to stay

The good: room was great, breakfast was good and had a lot of choices, parking was good, the staff was excellent. The bad: the pool was soooo dark (we took 2 kids swimming after it was dark outside) out of 13 wall fixtures with lights, only lights on 3 worked (we even brought it to the attention of the staff). If there hadn't been an adult in the pool with them no one would of been able to see anyone go under the water. My girls were even scared to be in there because it was dark but after 4 days of traveling, we had promised them a hotel with a pool, and they had been looking forward to it. The jets on the hot tub were not working so that was disappointing.
