Clean room with excellent breakfast!

Close to interstate yet quiet. Restaurants nearby

Such a quick check in and out. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms.

My wife and I liked pretty much everything about our stay. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was great for a free breakfast, the parking was great, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly when I arrived. The room was clean, along with the rest of the hotel. The continental breakfast was good, appreciate the hard work of the ladies working it that week. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t as good as back home but the soaps in the shower were nice. I would stay here again.

The room was to old, they need to do some renovations, and change the old carpet, bad contract for the price

We enjoyed our stay it was during a huge event they have yearly however the hotel was quiet and the staff has patience and respect.

Needed better snow and ice removal.

My husband and I celebrated our 39th wedding Anniversary. Didnt want to go far and thought that the hot tub would feel really good and boy did it ever the -30 degree temps ! The room was wonderfully comfortable, quite and clean. The young gentleman at the front desk was the most kindness to us for he made us feel so welcome.He deserves a raise in my book : ) The whole stay was really nice and we will be back nxt yr for sure. The gentleman at the front desk was such a great guy! I love his energy! He greeted us enthusiastically each time we came in the front door and assisted us when needed! His friendly demeanor was very pleasant to experience! His energy was very contagious!

Just a very nice place to stay

We stayed in the presidential suite with the jacuzzi tub. The room and jacuzzi were nice. The main complaint we had when we arrived was that the comforter on the bed had dried barbecue sauce or some sort of sauce dried on it all the way down the side of the comforter. We went down to the desk to let them know, and they gave us a new comforter for us to take care of it. It made us question whether the room was properly cleaned.

The stay was fantastic, however the cleaning crew started banging on my door and woke me up around 9 am on New Year's Day. Besides that, everything else was excellent.

This is an accommodating Holiday Inn Express hotel. It is very near the Rushmore mall and associated shopping. Downtown Rapid City is a ways away. One would not be able to walk from this hotel to any other business. There are a couple of gas stations, nearby, and the hotel is just off interstate 90. The hotel has a nice swimming pool. The room was clean and well put together. Breakfast was good. This is a fairly good choice for shopping and for traveling on interstate 90.
