DO NOT STAY HERE BED BUGS! absolutely horrible experience when i told the staff about the bed bugs they ALREADY KNEW ABOUT THEM !!! they were so rude and when they transferred us rooms THERE WERE BED BUGS IN THAT ROOM TOO! we ended up having to find a new hotel at 1am and the staff said we had to wait for the manager to get a refund and she wasn’t coming in till the morning. when she came in the next day she told us she wouldn’t give us a refund and we had to go through their insurance and was super rude about it the whole staff was so rude about the whole situation. NEVER STAY HERE

First of all it was a 3 story hotel and the elevator was not in service and what we found out from people who have been living there for 18 months that was it has been broken for at least a week before we got there. (Luckily we were only there for 2 nights). Breakfast was basically oatmeal or tiny packaged muffins. Nothing to make coffee in the room, could only get coffee in the breakfast area. We also had a problem with the internet service, couldn’t make phone calls or anything using the internet except sometimes you were able to text. Most of the staff that we met were pleasant. The place needs updating. I would not recommend this place at all.

Hotel was on an industrial estate, but convenient for getting into main highway, or for going into Salem. Room was spacious, separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen area as well as bathroom. Breakfast was minimalist, coffee and porrige. We couldn't get WiFi in our room, and desk staff didnt suggest any way to address.

Room was supposed to be non smoking, its smelled of stale cigarettes, was outdated. Walls were a brown/tan color but couldnt tell if it was nicotine or paint. Elevator was not workong requiring all bags to be carried up flight of stairs. We were booked for 3 nights we stayed 12hrs till mornind. Continued to have breathing issues in the room, and multiple asthmas attacks. Couldnt stay in that facility.

This property claims breakfast but it was ONLY coffee muffins and 1 pack of oatmeal. That’s it. No creamer, no toast, nothing else. The place is dirty and mismanaged. The furniture is worn down. Floors filthy. Elevator broken. No restaurants nearby. There is a kitchen? But NO dishes. Awful

You get what you pay for. This property was less expensive than others nearby and in exchange for that, it hadn’t been updated in decades. The room was very out of date with old dirty rugs and a mildew smell. The elevator was out of service even though they say that was just temporary. The stairways were very old and dirty. But the staff was nice and the bed was clean. If you want to pay $100 more per night, there are other properties nearby.

Was approached by several ppl staying at the hotel asking me to rent them an apartment. Room Was not clean. Did not want to even attempt the facets. Staff was nice but will not allow you to use the restroom downstairs, so if you’re at what they call breakfast and have to use the bathroom, you have to go up to your room. Only recommend if desperate

We had two rooms. One smelled like there was 100 air fresheners in the room. Immediately got a migraine. The other room was a musky smell and when we turned on the AC the loudest squealing buzzing noise happened. We had to leave, they didn’t have other rooms available and didn’t offer any help or solutions.

We got to the hotel for check in and were told we were marked as no shows and we no longer had a room available. This was despite the fact that I called twice to let the front desk know we would be getting in late because our flight was delayed. They told me when I called that they had checked us in and our keys would be ready at the front desk. Ultimately we were able to get a room but this was all way too much hassle after a long day of traveling when I had called twice to let them know the deal and they stated it would “be no problem”. Would not recommend as a hotel after traveling.
