Staff is friendly, and I love how comfortable the beds and pillows are. I was upgraded to a room for free due to my room not being ready, and that was nice.

Mouse poop in the bed and overall very dirty and staff was rude once notified

Our daughter goes to Tiffin University!! This is our favorite place to stay.

The price we paid for the room was lower than most in the area but the room was much better. The separate sitting area with second tv was great for me with my grandkids. They can watch their cartoons while i can watch my hockey and racing in the "bedroom". The 2 queen beds along with sleeper sofa gave everyone their own bed to sleep in with plenty of room to spare. We will be staying here more often. And the pool is great too!!!!

Nice bed! Almost too much room.

The room was spacious, the pool was nice, and staff was very nice. However when our daughter was trying to sleep she felt a bug crawling on her and it was bed bugs. We immediately packed up all our stuff, checked out, and I informed front desk they issued a refund without complaint.

Nice staff and clean rooms and a nice kitchen and inside pool. If you have pets they are welcome with a fee.

We needed some place to stay while house got replumbed this worked well....quiet, clean, roomy

Room was nice but house keeping could do a little better at cleaning. The remotes looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Front desk staff was really nice. Pool was great as well.

This was a last minute booking on the way back to Indianapolis from a day trip to Cedar Point. I was the sole driver of my family we were there for 12 hours so we were pooped. I tried to drive whole way back but got tired made a last minute search and found the best deal which brings me here. Incredible night time front desk clerk friendly personable and the room was excellent just what we needed for our family of 6. I would highly recommend

3.5 stars. Average in just about every way. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Room was comfortable and clean enough. Breakfast consisted of nutrigrain bars and some pre-packaged muffins which was disappointing. No outside space to relax other than the parking lot.

Overall the stay was good. Hotel could use some updates. There was strong smell of Marijuana when entering and exiting the lobby. There was a breakfast advertised but we were not told it was "grab and go" until checkin and were disappointed to only see little muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal available. If there isnt a breakfast don't advertise one. Also, the pool hours were not posted anywhere for us to see and the guy there at checkin had no idea about them. The room was good for the most part. The phone wasn't working when we checked in but did once i messed with the plug and there were not linens provided for the sofa sleeper and when I called I had to go down to get them rather than him bring them to me. The beds were comfortable and it was clean.

Cindy & Tracy were both very helpful in assisting us with issues with our reservation made through a third party company. Both were very friendly and accommodating.
