Big comfy bed, big room with living room. Had a quiet

Friendly staff. Free airport shuttle and they sent a text before we arrived and answered my question. Breakfast was ok. Would stay again.

We stayed for one night had to catch early flight back next day it was clean and very nice.

I liked the fact that they had an airport shuttle. But it would have been better if they were able to share the shuttle with the nearby hotels. Waiting in the sun was not fun!

Clean

The hotel was outstanding in its quality and condition. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with excellent amenities.

The room was clean and comfortable.

What can I say? It was a decent place to stay the night. The pool was freezing even though it says it’s warmed. The pull out couch was pretty awful. Breakfast was pretty good and things were clean. The hotel clearly needs some renovation. There was lots of diy looking repairs in our room. I wouldn’t turn it down if I had no where to go or if my budget was limited, but I wouldn’t stay again if I had the choice.

Our room and facility were average and what would be expected for a convenient "airport" hotel. Breakfast foods were very limited and the Dining area manager (?) was rude and made for an uncomfortable breakfast experience.

I liked our hotel stay hotel staff was nice and friendly except the lady that cooks breakfast was not to me. Everything else was good close area for restaurants. Would stay again

Pillows were hard

Beds were literally gross.Mattresses, Sheets and comforter had what looks to be blood.tried to move rooms but the said the couldn't move us.Poor poorr customer service.We prepaid and wouldn't refund our money. tried to post pictures but app wont let me. Imagen that!

I stayed here 4 months ago just overnight. It was a nice suite they gave me. This time stayed 3 nights in standard King room, was disappointed. The pool is freezing, not heated. The breakfast was underwhelming. Plus they cut sausage patties in half, then hung sign 2 pieces per guest. Is that 2 actual pieces of sausage or 2 half pieces which would be 1 piece. Seems the hotel is going downhill in just a few months.

Nice stay here, it was quiet and clean.

Hotel was clean and close to the airport. Bathroom was extremely tight.

I authorized them to go clean the room and they didn't because we didn't open the door. It's my first time that the cleaning staff can't enter a room because the guests didn't open the door. The door did not have a do not disturb sign on it.

The only negative was the washing machine was out of order. Surprised they had one, but I actually could have used one. Other than that minute detail, it's great.

Called them to say my flight was late, but wasn't told there was no pickup after midnight. I was stranded at the airport at 1AM. No apologies. Rundown property, poor breakfast, few amenities in room.

Comfortable bed, but very tiny bathroom, no room to turn around in.
