Expedia advertised for their Partner Red Roof Inn BWI South. The only filter I checked was Airport Shuttle. When my plane landed a little after 3:00 I called the Red roof inn for shuttle the shuttle. The extremely rude person who answered the phone said we ain't got no shuttle. Then I said your advertisement of Expedia said you had a shuttle at which point they hung up on me. I called Expedia and they said too bad for you you did not cancel before 2:00 pm. After arguing with Expedia for over an hour at the airport I was exhausted and booked another hotel room. With the live chat with Expedia they offered to give me back 65 Expedia dollars. I've said I want a full refund because you are a partner to fraud with Red roof inn BWI South. They said we'll get back with you just got my email today July 4th and they offered me $25 in Expedia cash. I'm reporting Expedia and this hotel for fraud to every consumer protection commission I can think of I am extremely disappointed with Expedia. Prior to incident I have never had a problem with Expedia they have always been excellent to work with I am extremely sad. I suggest everyone call the hotel before you bopk to confirm anything you check in your filter section.

The room wasn’t that clean. There were a lot of things broken (chair, side table, electrical outlets). Front desk person wasn’t very friendly.

The room is very dirty. There were insects flying around in the rooms and stains on the sheets. Hotel staff was sitting out of sight while screaming from the next room. Terrible

It was ok but the sheets were not clean and it just wasn’t giving what it was supposed to for almost $100 a night.

The room was INFESTED with roaches, only one outlet worked and the power went out. We tried for an hour by phone and in person to contact the front desk and no one was in the office

Easy access from highway. Absolutely no friendliness from staff. No greeting checking in or out. Check out lady never got out of chair. No microwave, fridge or coffee maker. Room was somewhat clean but needs more attention.Smoke smell was masked with air freshener. Water was shut off on my last morning. Parking is an issue on weekends. Might look for somewhere else to stay next time.

Room was no frills, not even a blow dryer. The room itself was standard, the AC worked, noise level was good. I did not hear any other rooms. The water leaked from the shower. The male check-in/reception was very helpful. The area of the hotel is decent and located near to food and major highways. Definitely recommend a car if you do stay at the hotel. I would stay again. But keep expectations low.

Price was good

Customer service could have been better. I stayed 3 days and they never cleaned my room.

The hotel room and grounds were clean. However, the noise level at night was unacceptable. There were people hanging out in the parking lot until 2 AM, being loud. in addition, cars kept pulling into the lot blasting loud music until past that time.

It was okay

Booked a smoke free room due to young children and received a room that smelled like smoke throughout the stay. The air conditioner leaked and left a puddle of water all over the floor. The room was dusty and dirty towels was underneath the beds.

When I arrived, they said sold out. They offered me a room it was not cleaned and Ned haven’t got a sheets

Modest place, just the basics, but good value.

It was good for a couple night stay. But a lot of activity at night hollering and screaming.

Dirty poorly maintained

Been staying at this property since beginning of May. But on 24th May, front desk lady decided to cancel my reservation and without my permission, moved my things out of my room. I left the property around noon that day to visit family and informed her that I'll be back 3pm. She said, "I don't care!" When I returned, the door to my room was fully open most of my things were moved but about 5 items remained in the room. When I inventoried my property, I was missing my handgun and gold jewelry. I called 911 to report the missing handgun and the other property theft. They're under investigation by CPL Latta of Anne Arundel County Police. They will be interviewed by detectives this week.

What I liked: it had checkin service after midnight. The vending and ice mechines were stocked. What I didnt like: the attendent made entire experience a 3. I had to return to the front desk 4 times because the key given was to a room already occuiped. The rudness of the attendent was out of this world for a mistake I had nothing to do with. Instead of being apologetic she threw the key at me thru the window. Beside that the room was okay, clean and it had towels.

The service was awful, the room we reserved wasnt available the lady at the front desk was very disrespectful.
