Reserve a room through Expedia guy at the front seat wouldn’t give me the room saying he didn’t see my reservation so I waited 25/30 minutes to try fixing the problem then I asked if I could just get another room I’ll just pay for it why I’m at the front desk he wouldn’t give me the room drove all the way from GA working and this what I get but I’ll never get a room from them again or won’t recommend anybody to this Motel

The dirtiness of the floor and the dinginess of the showers

The staff here was ridiculous I have a service animal and told them so at check in they called my room 3xs to verify the animal which was already done and woke me 3xs I was moving and had been traveling. The facility had trash everywhere. And the breakfast was digusting only had old bread and cereal available

Room was dirty asked for new sheets for bed cause they were stained was told by housekeeper that the stains don’t come out was going to get charged for extra towels.Door to the room looked like it had been kicked in before had a very cold drift coming through the door

The heat was turned off, room below 65' which outside temps in the teens. very old broken furniture. Remote didn't work. NO coffee maker or alarm clock. dirty tub and sink. The only decent think was the pillows.

It was ok. The bed was comfy. Housekeepers are kind of loud in the morning.

The workers were very kind. The room itself was clean and well kept. The location was a little sketchy and our doors upper lock was broken.

Quiet area. Good food close to walk to

Our room was dirty. It was like someone just went in there and made the beds put new hopefully clean linen in the room and then left it. The floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the beds had dirt in them, oh and to top it all off our room had roaches! I endured this for the whole whole weekend October 4-6 because I drove down from Council Bluffs, IA to take my boys to Worlds of Fun. I will never stay at this hotel again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! EVEN THOUGH IT IS CHEAP IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!

The bed sunk in the middle, the bathtub was writing, with mold around the edges, the ceiling was falling in, the AC/heater wasn't working right and the 2 men at the front we extremely rude and not helpful with anything. As we were leaving, we stopped in to get our deposit back and let's just say, "that didn't happen". Too much that happened there, to go into details... But we were denied on a lame excuse they gave.
