Had roaches

Great location

Me llevaron a 3 habitaciones y las 3 estaban sucias, no cambian las sabanas,todo te lo entregan sucio,no barren el cuarto,no limpian el baño, el inodoro con un bajo a pipi solo te ponen dos toallas para toda la familia y dos jabones pequeños para bañarte. La bañera toda sucia,las almohadas con un mal olor horrible,las habitaciones tienen un mal olor a mojo y humedad. Intente cancelar y me dijeron que no podian devolverme el dinero,nisiquiera expedia me quizo ayudar. Estaba con mis 2 niños de 5 años y el lugar es lleno de gente drogadicta y les dije que tenia mucho miedo y no quisieron cancelarlo. Ahora tengo a mis dos hijos enfermos,con vomito,tos, ashma y mucha gripe y fiebre,porque se enfermaron por la humedad de la habitacion y el bajo. El peor lugar para quedarse. Ultima vez que mi familia y yo usamos expedia. A pesar de que pague extra fee por si tenia que cancelar, no quisieron ayudarme, a pesar de las condiciones y que andaba con dos niños pequeños. Las personas que se quedan aqui con personas que son adictas a las drogas. NO USAR ESTE HOTEL, NI EXPEDIA.

The room was old and it had a terrible smell.

It was ok. The towels were smelly which really bothersome. Other than thst it was ok. .. probably would not stay there again .

I have stayed here before. I was on back side bottom floor. I didnt enjoy that room at that time. I was pleasantly surprised this time. I was unable at booking to get my double bed room so i went with king. The room was on second floor . It was lovely. Clean, updated and in great condition.

staff is reliable and friendly when i open conversation with them otherwise they just work long hours and let the quest do there thing nobody bothers you unless you interact with them and they all are helpful and respect you privacy the desk team is very helpful too good vending machine and animal friendly

The property is dated. The rooms are none smoking but clearly smelled like cigarettes and dampness. The bed covers had cigarette burns and the room was dusty. The paint on the room was peeling and there was hair every wear . Why didn’t I leave? Convenience.

The room was ok for the price, the check-in and check-out process was easy. Overall we would stay here again.

Came here to stay rather than staying in Boston for a baseball game. Check in was super easy and they let us check in early-which was great considering we had driven for 8 hours. We were able to relax for an hour before leaving for the game. Check in was fast and easy, the desk workers were great! Bed is decently comfortable. Room was clean. Had wooden floors rather than carpet. AC worked great! I have stayed at other red roof and kept saying I would never stay at another. My husband booked this one for us, and it has been one of the better hotels we have stayed in. We have stayed in hotels in many different states and the red roof inn was always a no go for me, this one is clean and great! There were a few hairs in the bathtub, but I just used a wash cloth wiped it clean and went on about the day. All and all it is budget friendly, and clean. Will stay here again when returning to Boston!

Smelled like cigarettes at night & mildew during the day. The toilet sprayed water out of it everytime I flushed, I was there two nights & the first night I come back my keycards not working & they had to fix it.

Easy check in and acres to the room but the sheets had a smell to them that was not pleasant
